Snowmobiling
Cross Country Skiing
A 1,200 mile network of snowmobile trails radiate in
every direc�on from Brainerd, making the Brainerd
Lakes Area one of the upper Midwest’s premier
snowmobiling des�na�ons. Ride the Paul Bunyan
Trail, or venture off one of the other groomed trails.
The famous Gull Lake Lighted Trail will guide you on
your night excursions. A segment of the new Buffalo
Hills Trail is also open to snowmobiles.

Downhill Skiing & Snowboarding
Paul Bunyan Trail
The Paul Bunyan Trail offers over 110 miles of
con�nuously paved trail. It winds past 21 lakes, four
rivers and many streams on its journey north from
Brainerd to Bemidji. Although summer trail ac�vi�es
are mul�-purpose, winter trail use is exclusively
for snowmobiling. The Paul Bunyan Trail passes
through 15 towns, providing a number of op�ons
for snowmobilers to warm up and grab a bite to eat
before hi�ng the trail again.
Ice Fishing
Down hill skiing and snowboarding is fun in Brainerd
Minnesota! Mount Ski Gull invites all snow park
enthusiasts to make the Ski Gull community ski hill
their recrea�onal des�na�on for outdoor fun and
enjoyment this winter season. Downhill Skiing,
Snowboarding and Tubing are all available at Mount
Ski Gull. Plus, Mount Ski Gull offers great programs for
those who would like to learn how to ski or snowboard.
Season Tickets are available so plan ahead and get

Fishing For Ducks Ice Fishing Contest - February 21, 2015
The annual Fishing For Ducks State ice fishing tournament is hosted by
the Garrison Wildlife Chapter of Ducks Unlimited on Lake Mille Lacs. The
contest is held in Garrison Bay and is open to Ducks Unlimited members
and non-members.
Polar Bear Plunge - March 7, 2015
Take the plunge into Pelican Lake to support Special Olympics. A costume contest is part of this event, which is organized by Minnesota Law
Enforcement.
