AIRLINES RESERVATION & TICKETING
We are member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA). We have
ticketing facilities to allow us to check real-time flight information, air fares and
make reservations with immediate ticket issuance. As an accredited agent
recognized by IATA, our people are equipped with broad knowledge to provide
you the best and broadest selection for travel itinerary. Our additional services
provides by Ticketing Division includes:
* Recommendation of the best convenient routes and economical airfares
* Worldwide reservations of preferred hotels and car rentals.
* Visa and travel documentation services.
* Delivery of tickets and travel documents.
* Airport transfer arrangements.
* Comprehensive air travel insurance coverage.
CORPORATE TRAVEL SERVICES
Our corporate travel management offers a range of travel services to meet our corporate client requirements.

HOTEL RESERVATION

GUEST HOUSE MANAGEMENT
We are appointed manager for Bank Rakyat’s Guest House situated in
Kemaman, Terengganu.
As a manager of the house, our aim is to offer a value for money, relaxing
break, and clean, comfortable facilities - all set in a friendly atmosphere
within delightful accommodation for our guest.
TRANSPORTATION
We have established the transport division to offer a comprehensive solution
for our client. We have been operating tours and have been arranging sight
seeing tours and many other exciting activities inside Malaysia for local and
international guest.
As part of our commitment toward comprehensive service, we have our
owned fleet of buses and will be happy to help our client with any needs that
they may have.
UMRAH SERVICES
Our umrah division manage pilgrimages in the Holy City Makkah which includes their welfare & safety during the
performance of Umrah. Our umrah division provides the following services:
* Umrah services for retails customer
* Umrah services for incentives group
* Umrah and ziarah to Middle East countries
* Visa application to Saudi Arabia
SCUBA DIVING SERVICES
Scuba diving is one of the most beautiful underwater sports in the world and
can even be a profession. At Rakyat Travel we create a new dimension to our
holiday packages by introducing ScubaRac, an another division of Rakyat Travel.

just starting out in the world of diving, or have been blowing bubbles for a long

CONFERENCE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
Understanding the importance of detailed conference planning, we specialises in providing superior transport for all of delegates and guests. This service
will avoid our client the hassles and uncertainties of finding transport when
arrived in Malaysia.
As part of our commitment toward comprehensive service, we have also able
to conduct a meet and greet service to welcome delegates and coordinate
groups in a friendly and professional manner.
We have successfully arranged for the VIP transportations service for several important conferences in Malaysia.
