The Department to Environment and Natural Resources Environmental Management Bureau, CALABARZON
Region and the Pollution Control Association of the Philippines, Inc. Region IV-A will jointly conduct an
“Advance Training Course: Environmental Permits and Permitting Process” on January 21 & 22, 2015 at
the SPLASH MOUNTAIN Km 58. Barangay Lalakay, Los Baños, Laguna.
The program will be most beneficial to PCOs and other professionals who are currently working as mid-level
managers, administrators, and technical personnel of a proposed project or in a newly established / expanded
facility. The training aims to (i) define the various environ mental permits necessary for various types of projects;
(ii) understand the conditions set for thin existing permits; (iii) discuss the process of securing the environmental
permits, including case procedures on exemptions, amendments and violations; and (iv) familiarize in the
process flows in accomplishing the forms and the documentary requirements in applying for common
environmental permits.
Training fee is at P7,800.00 (Live-In, Non-PCAPI R4A Member) / P6,000.00 (Live-Out, Non-PCAPI R4A Member)
inclusive of meals, training materials, electronic copies of presentation materials and PCO’s training certificate.
Discounted rates are given to PCAPI Region IV-A Members: P7,500.00 (Live-In) / P5,700.00 (Live-Out). Slots are
limited, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
