in 1993 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Exotissimo were the first foreign company to be granted a tourism operating
license in Vietnam, and we have been going from strength to strength ever since. We now have more than 600 staff
in over 20 offices which span our eight destinations; Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Indonesia, Japan

Our staff are some of the most experienced, innovative and creative individuals in the industry and are recruited
based on both their knowledge of the region and their ability to produce experiences and events that are completely
unique and cutting edge. We continually invest in annual training programs to ensure the skills of our staff are
constantly being developed and so that every member of staff is working to their full potential. Our MICE teams are
no exception and our Event Coordinators are trained to the highest level to ensure each and every client, and their
wishes, is taken care of right from the first port of call to the final execution.
Our MICE teams are located within our regional offices in every one of our eight destinations. This means there’s
no subcontracting; everything we do is organized by ourselves on the ground. Despite being semi-independent and
located in-country, our MICE departments benefit hugely from the scale of Exotissimo, securing fantastic rates and
