• Staffing at a ratio of 1:4, a 1:1 ratio can by requested at an additional cost.

SERVICES AVAILABLE TO YOU
Prepayment Plans: If you know you want to travel in the
future, but haven’t made up your mind yet, you can pay
in advance for any travel option. After coordinating your
payment with Hammer Travel, you can decide where to travel
at a later date!
Customized Vacations: If you prefer to travel by yourself or
exclusively with a group of friends, contact us and we will
work with you to put together an all-inclusive trip package.
PCA Discount: If you sign up 4 individuals on the same trip,
you may send a PCA at no additional cost. Travelers needing
a 1:1 ratio can bring their own staff at a discounted rate.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations and changes must be made in writing (letter,
fax, or email). Cancellation refunds will be calculated on the
date the written notification is received by Hammer Travel.
Cancel by dates:
• Prior to trip registration date: Full refund, less $150
processing fee and any pre-purchased items pertaining to
the vacation package.
• 2 weeks after Trip registration date: Refund, less the
deposit plus any pre-purchased items as determined by
Hammer Travel.
• 2 or more weeks after Trip registration date:
No Refund available
