1. Discount of 15% from CONSTRUCTIVE PLAYTHINGS CATALOG in effect at the time of the
order. Catalogs run from school year to school year, 2012-2013 school year catalogs will run
until July 2013, at which time the 2013-2014 catalog will take effect and run until July 2014,
etc. All items marked with the symbol * F.O.B. Factory are excluded from this discount.
2. F.O.B. DES'rlNATION; There will be "free freight" on orders of $200.00 or more of U.P.S.
size items (these are all items NOT marked with a "t" that denotes a "truck shipped" item).
There will be "free freight" on orders of $550.00 or more if there is one or more items marked
"t" that denotes truck shipment. The "t" mark is in the catalog following the price of the truck

Discount School Supply will offer you a 15% off all catalog items in our current DSS catalog prices which includes stocked and drop-ship items. •
DSS will offer you FREE Delivery with a minimum order of $79 on all stock items (excluding items which are pictured with a small truck~ in our catalog) to one location. Orders that do not meet the $79 minimum for stock items wiU be charged a minimum of $5 or 15% whichever is .

Delivery
• Deliveries for stocked items will be 3-5 business days, depending on delivery location. Please mark your purchase orders for specific delivery dates, if necessary. • Please allow 2-6 weeks for drop-ship items noted with a truck icon" in our catalog.
• Delivery times are between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm. If delivery is unable to be received it will be made the following business day.

• DSS does not assemble, install or remove eqUipment during the delivery process.
• Orders with single-item quantities over 100 may require a 14-16 week lead time, depending on manufacturer and product availability. Please provide Purchase Order 2 weeks in advance. Printed on recycled paper.
• DSS uses environmentally friendly shipping supplies whenever possible. Deliveries may include
recycled boxes at various times.
• Products not shipped under a specific Purchase Order number within 40 days may be
backordered and/or cancelled if item becomes discontinued. You will not be charged until the
product ships.
Our Guarantee
• DSS will make returns easy for any reason whether it is customer or vendor error. Call us for
return authorization number (RA) and we will take care of the return promptly. Returns without an
RA will not be accepted. We will not charge return and/or restocking fees. A reasonable time .
frame for all returns will be 10 days or less after confirmed delivery date. 100% satisfaction is our
goal.
Exclusions:
• Promotionally-priced items may be excluded from your standard contractual terms as mentioned
above, and are subject to review for special pricing. Some specialty items may be excluded from
discount. This offer is not valid with any other promotions or discounts outside the 48 contiguous
United States.
• This discount agreement may be terminated for any reason by either of the parties with a 30-day
written notice.

• If awarded, please submit in writing your acknowledgement of agreement for this awarded bid to

Customer Number for your school district is : # ~
2) A 5'% discount will apply to each order. This discount applies to merchandise only. No discount will
be given for shipping and handling charges. Total amount of the discount is removed at the end of the
order, not from individual line items.
3) Custom imprint (advertising specialty products) sold by our Fun Impressions group are not
eligible for discount.
4) Free Standard delivery on orders over $]50.00. Free delivery does not apply to the additional per

Software: Software must be returned in the original, unopened packaging within 30 days from receipt of
