Our biologists have reviewed this project previously and noted that is mostly upland habitat

which includes the residential development of approximately 650 acres. This development is an
important asset to the community as it provides an economic boost and also creates jobs in the
area.
We are currently ready to begin mass grading but SWFWMD is currently holding the permit
awaiting your approval. Could you please take a look and let me know if you have any questions or
