Handling an extremely wide range of scaffolding tasks
with only one system: PERI UP Rosett
Scaffold has to fulfil a diverse set
of requirements:
- creation of safe and productive
working areas
- providing access to working areas
at higher levels
The type-tested PERI UP modular
scaffolding system with integrated safety features allows the
same components to be used as
shoring, stair towers, reinforcement scaffold or working platforms. In addition, numerous
other applications are possible,
e.g. as suspended scaffold.

The metric grid dimensions
of PERI UP allows optimal
adjustment of the scaffold
assembly. Thus, a 3 m bay
can be divided, for example,
into 2 x 1.50 m or 4 x 0.75 m
within the system itself
according to requirements.

PERI UP Rosett Shoring
Type-tested load-bearing capacity
Through systematised construction progress and repetitive working steps, costs can be reduced
along with facilitating an increase
in the quality of the execution.
PERI UP Rosett shoring towers have
been type-tested by the State of
Bavaria commercial office (Landesgewerbeanstalt Bayern) for heights
of up 21.89 metres. Use on the
construction site is therefore very
easy: project-specific static verification for the towers are no longer
required and prepared parts lists are
available for all heights.
Through base widths of 1.50 m to
3.00 m, square or rectangular tower
ground plans are possible in 50 cm
increments. This means cost-effective bearing capacity and geometrical
adjustments can be achieved. Thus,
up to 10 different towers can be
realized for a broad range of applications in the form of shoring, slab
tables or material platforms.
Even for large heights, loads up to
40 kN per leg can be safely carried!

With only few different individual parts every

Every height without exception between 1.33 m
and 21.89 m can be reached. Accurate parts lists
are available for all scaffold structures.
For each height, a permissible leg load of 40.3 kN
applies. Horizontal loads can also be transferred
by means of standard diagonals.

access areas underneath the integrated work platforms.

Movable units
for smooth construction progress
The high rigidity of the ledger connections maintains the form of even
very large PERI UP scaffold units
when being moved by crane or on
castors. All standards are tensionproof connected to each other.
Work platforms for handling the
formwork offer a maximum in working safety. This is made possible by
placing system decks inside the
shoring.
Thus, complete scaffold units can be
pre-assembled safely and quickly on
the ground and then joined together
to form larger shoring structures.

PERI UP Rosett reinforcement scaffold
Safe conditions for forming, reinforcement and
concreting work
Extremely stable units are delivered to the construction site
which do not need anchors or ballast and can be moved and repositioned without any modifications.
Erection instructions are provided for
the reinforcement scaffolding and
contains all safety-relevant guidelines including the crane attachment
points.
The heights required have already
been taken into consideration with
the configuration of the scaffolding
units during formwork planning.

PERI UP Rosett stair towers can
be used as freestanding towers
or attached to the outside of a
working scaffold for heights of up
to 90 m.
Stair towers with alternating staircase units
provide greater headroom clearance and
shorter routes between levels.
Simple and fast assembly with only
three additional components

spite of its low weight, has been

accessing construction sites is possible. The complete staircase tower
has proof of stability and designed
to carry a maximum live load equivalent for a 20 m run of staircase and
landing irrespective of height.

not required.

provide secures and productive
working conditions on walls and
slabs – at all heights.

Work platforms with reduced

Full width platforms are only installed at those heights where the work
is actually done. Access is carried
out by means of decks with integrated ladders from the intermediate
levels.
