programables plantea la necesidad de un fácil diálogo hombremáquina. La necesidad de reducir espacios y de disponer de
teclas para diversas funciones, además de la posibilidad de
transmitir la información al usuario mediante serigrafía de leyendas
y símbolos, hace que este producto sea necesario en el desarrollo
de las nuevas tecnologías.
Touchcontrol interface
The incorporation of microprocessors as an integral part of
programmable Command and Control Systems generates the
need for user-friendly touchcontrol interfaces.The need for
switches adapted to diverse functions, sizes and uses, and
information that is conveyed to the user through silk-screen
printed symbols and texts, makes the membrane switches a

Integración de leds SMD que aumentan el ángulo de visión y
luminosidad. Integración de leds bicolor y resistencias.

Soportes (metálicos u otros materiales) Supports (metal and other materials)
Ensamblaje de teclado sobre soporte metálico, mecanizado y con
los acabados superficiales requeridos: pintura epoxi, anodizado y
otros. Posibilidad de incluir pernos roscados u otro tipo de insertos
metálicos. También es posible el mecanizado de metacrilatos y
policarbonatos de espesores superiores a 2 mm.
Membrane switches are assembled on machined metal supports
with a variety of surface finishes including painting epoxy and
anodising, among others. Various types of studs, standoffs and
other metal inserts can also be added. Acrylic and polycarbonate
elements can be machined to any thickness greater than 2 mm.
Guía dedos o embossing Finger-guide or embossing
Mediante embutido en frío de la lámina frontal se consigue dar
relieve a la tecla con diferentes formas geométricas y opciones, con
la posibilidad de enmarcar la tecla o embutir la superficie
completamente.
The graphic overlay is embossed to give different geometrical shapes
and options to the individual keys. We can either emboss key rims
or emboss the whole key surface.
Blindaje EMI / RFI y ESD Shielding EMI / RFI and ESD
Apantallamiento del teclado por medio de tintas conductoras, que
evita problemas de funcionamiento del teclado en ambientes con
alto nivel de interferencias eléctricas y magnéticas, para evitar tanto
la emisión como la recepción de las mismas a la electrónica. También
puede ser protegido para descargas electrostáticas. Estos blindajes
son opcionales, y las especificaciones requeridas podrán ser
analizadas con nuestro equipo técnico.
Shielding by conductive inks that eliminate operating problems in
environments with a high level of electrical and magnetic interference,
thereby preventing their transfer to the electronic circuit. The
membrane switches can also be protected against electrostatic
discharges. Shields are optional. Our technical team will be happy
to analyse your specific requirements.
Ventana transparente y protegida Clear windows
Opción de ventanas transparentes para LCD mediante destexturizado
frontal, con posibilidad de filtros de colores. En otras aplicaciones
es posible insertar cristales o metacrilatos dentro del teclado, con
el fin de aumentar la protección del display o monitor que irá detrás
del teclado.
Optional transparent windows for LCDs through front detexturisation,
with the possibility of including colour filters. In other applications,
glass or acrylics can be inserted into the switch in order to increase
the protection of the display or monitor behind the membrane switch.
Textos intercambiables Insertable texts
Con un mismo diseño de teclado se puede disponer de leyendas,
gráficos o colores personalizados. Basta con dejar una ventana
transparente e insertar por la parte posterior el texto requerido en
cada caso. El texto inicial podrá ser sustituido por otro, o modificado,
tantas veces como sea necesario.
The same membrane switch design can accommodate personalised
texts, graphics or colours. Simply leave a transparent window or
insert the text required into the rear of the membrane switch. This
new text can be changed as often as you require.

Cuando se requiera cumplir esta normativa, un diseño específico
del teclado evitará la posibilidad de entrada de humedad a la
electrónica interior del equipo.
In cases where this standard applies, we use a specific switch design
that prevents humidity entering the assembly's interior electronic
components.
Terminales de conexión Connection terminals
Los cables de conexión se presentan con las siguientes
terminaciones: Conector Berg Duflex, Berg Clincher y Nicomatic de
paso 2,54 mm., que pueden ser machos o hembras. Terminales
planos en diferentes pasos desde 1 mm., para insertar en conectores
tipo ZIF.
Connection cables are supplied with the following terminals: male
or female Berg Duflex, Berg Clincher and Nicomatic connectors
(2.54 mm pitch). Flat terminals of different pitches (from 1mm) for
inserting ZIF-type connectors.
Teclados luminosos Illuminated membrane switches
La iluminación de un teclado puede ser realizada por varios métodos.
El más sencillo y económico, requiere una serigrafía especial y una
fuente luminosa de transmisión de luz en la parte posterior del
teclado. Otro más complejo requiere integrar una lámina especial
que necesita un convertidor con el fin de iluminarla posteriormente.
También puede conseguirse integrando leds.
Membrane switches can be lit by a number of different methods,
the simplest and most economical being a special silk-screen printing
process and a light transmission source located at the back of the
switch. Another, slightly more complicated method involves a special
plate which requires a converter in order to light it up. Integrating
leds can also illuminate membrane switches.

Carátulas y Frontales serigrafiados
Front Foils and Overlays
Las Carátulas y Frontales serigrafiados son similares a los
frontales de los teclados, dependiendo del material utilizado,
siendo una vez más el poliéster el más recomendado a la hora
de resistir productos abrasivos y condiciones ambientales. Son
utilizados en aquellas aplicaciones que requieren otro tipo de
contactos como microswitch, teclas de silicona,...
Silk-screen printed Front Foils and Overlays are similar to
membrane switch overlays, depending on the material used.
Polyester is the most wearresistant as regards abrasive products,
harsh and environmental conditions. They are used in applications
that require other types of contacts, such as microswitches,
silicone rubber keypads,...
La serigrafía posibilita la flexibilidad que requieren los diseños
gráficos, con textos ocultos, cuatricromía y otras opciones
gráficas.
Silk-screen printing provides the flexibility required by graphic
designs, with hidden texts, four colour process and other related
options.
