Prep & Application
Sand floors according to NWFA
procedures.
Any existing finish on floor must be
removed to ensure even color and
proper adhesion.
Sweep and vacuum bare wood.
Stain floor as soon as possible after
final sanding.
Stir stain thoroughly before use and
occasionally during use. Apply small
amount to test area first to ensure
proper color.
Liberally apply Stain using a lambswool,
T-bar, roller, brush or rags. Allow stain to
penetrate up to two minutes, but move
quickly to avoid lap lines. Rag off excess
and always final wipe with the grain for
even color.
