Pitco Commercial Gas Fryer, Twin Basket, 40-45 lbs, 115,000 BTU's. has a
14 x14 frying area with a 4 - 6 " cooking depth and is made with a welded
tank and an extra smooth finish that ensures easy cleaning. This Pitco 40D
is constructed of long lasting, high temperature alloy stainless steel with
heat baffles that are mounted in the heat exchanger tubes to provide
maximum heating and combustion efficiency. Has a standing pilot light
design that provides a ready flame when heat is required. Comes with
thermostat controls that maintain selected temperature automatically
between 200°F and 400°F. Has an integrated gas control valve that acts as a
manual and pilot valve, The gas control valve prevents gas flow to the main
burner until the pilot is established and shuts off all gas flow automatically
if the pilot flame goes out.
Pitco model 40D requires a 3/4 NPT gas line.

The Pitco VF-35S Gas Fryer is a great smaller fryer for any restaurant
trying to go green while still meeting customers' needs. This Energy
Star certified fryer has a 35lb. oil capacity. Fryer shall have an
atmospheric burner system combined with three stainless steel tubes
utilizing high temperature alloy stainless steel baffles. Fryer shall have
a deep cool zone; minimum 13% of total oil capacity. Fryer cooking area
shall be 14" x 13-5/8" (35.6 x 34.6 cm) with a cooking depth of 4".
Heat transfer area shall be a minimum of 431 square inches.

Pitco's deep fryers are durable and efficient. This commercial fryer
includes a standing pilot light and has long lasting baffles mounted in the
heat exchange tubes to provide maximum heating and combustion
efficiency. This deep fryer features a stainless steel front, door, side, back
splash, and tank (capable of holding up to 50 lb of oil). The Pitco SG14S
Gas Fryer automatically shuts off when the fryer temperature exceeds
400 degrees F. The gas control valve prevents gas flow to the main burner
until pilot is established and shuts off all the gas flow automatically if the
pilot flame goes out. Clean up is easy after deep frying with its smooth finish
and removable basket hanger. The Pitco SG14S Gas Fryer also features
nickel-plated wire mesh baskets, millivolt thermostat that maintains
temperature at 200-400 degrees F, 9” adjustable legs, built-in integrated
flue deflector, drain extension, and is CSA certified & NSF listed.

This unit is constructed of durable polished stainless steel and all other surfaces have
a nickel plated finish. The welded steel frame is mounted on four ball-bearing swivel
casters for easy transport and storage. This filter has a heavy duty motor and pump
assembly and a 5 foot, sanitary, high temperature return hose equipped with nozzle.
The return hose nozzle is made of nickel plated steel with a non-heat conducting handle.
The quick disconnect hose makes it easy to assemble and disassemble. This filter has a
low profile, allowing for easy placement under fryer drains. Pumps up to 5.6 gallons of oil
per minute. This filter is compatible with Pitco fryer model SE18-SSTC
