Convention & Business Conference
Brings the Frozen and Refrigerated decision-makers from the Northeast together
in a relaxed setting to discuss the latest trends, challenges, and issues facing the
industry today. This collaborative effort bringing together members of EFRA,
FRANE and WNYFRA and includes a dynamic business session, along with
opportunities to meet one-on-one with retailers, provides the best opportunity
to network and converse with those who can positively impact your business.
Positioned as the only collaborative event of its kind for the Northeast, and a
pre-curser to the National event, local leaders capitalize on this opportunity to
meet face-to-face and set the groundwork for collaboration, deeper business
relationships and professional development.
With limited participation, guests have the opportunity to
network one-on-one throughout the weekend with key
executives and those most closely impacting their business.
The weekend kicks off on Thursday with s welcome dinner, the option for
Friday morning golf, followed by pre-scheduled retailer meetings and dinner,
Saturday’s jam packed Business Session, Tours & Activities, and our Celebratory
Member Of The Year Dinner Celebration. The conference ends on Sunday and
guests depart at their leisure after enjoying a hearty Adirondack breakfast!

for NFRA, Julie is on the cutting edge of reaching our consumers,
and providing relevant information in real time. With her hand
on the pulse of trends, millennials and the new ways to reach
consumers, she will have you rethinking your own strategies to
maximize sales!

$2500 per couple Thursday - Sunday…$1400 single occupancy
includes hotel accommodations, all meals, meetings and conference
sessions, choice of Saturday’s tours and activities, companion options for
meeting sessions, resort fees, wifi, parking and attendee gift.

by May 31st and save $250 per couple, $140 per
single for three nights!
Friday Morning Golf
Can’t stay the whole weekend? 2 day option that includes all of Friday
and Saturday hotel accommodations, all meals, meetings and conference
sessions, choice of Saturday’s tours and activities, companion options for
meeting sessions, resort fees, wifi, parking and attendee gift.
$150 per golfer includes greens
fees, cart, breakfast, lunch and
course prizes.

cancellations prior to 7/31/16 will
be refunded, less a $75 processing

Holiday Stamping & Card Making—join us for a casual lunch and creativity
galore! Holidays are right around the corner and you’ll have all you need to
make creative, festive decorations, cards and so much more! 12:30—3:30 pm
Family Adventure...visit Fort Ticonderoga, fish on the dock of the bay, explore
Adirondack adventure. These self-guided options can be enjoyed throughout the
weekend. Pre-registration required for discount coupons.
Saturday
Chartered Cruise...enjoy the breathtaking views and relaxation of this guided
tour around the island. Tours leave at 12:30 & 2:30
Wine Tasting...enjoy the exquisite wines of the Adirondacks coupled with chef ’s
choice of luncheon cuisine. 12:30 –2:30 pm
Holiday Desserts—ready to try your hand at some Holiday favorites. Join the
Chef from some creative twists to holiday entertaining. 2:30—4:30 pm
