With just over a week until Pesach we take pleasure in informing you regarding arrangements
we’ve made to ensure a smooth arrival.
Please note that your account must be paid in full before arrival to facilitate
your check in.
Check in begins at 2 p.m. on Friday, April 22nd (or later as scheduled). Check in the day
prior is available-Please contact Miriam at our office to arrange. The Bell Captain will unload
your luggage and the bellboy will take your luggage directly to your room where your keys
and schedule will be waiting. There is no need to come to the reservation desk.
We have arranged for the housekeepers to start work at 10am on Shabbos and Yom Tov so
as not to disturb you.
Evening babysitting for Shabbos and Yom Tov must be arranged in advance. Please email
Mrs. Nava Kay at 917-826-9487 to confirm your babysitting needs. Please register your
children for day camp trips between 2:00 – 6:00 pm upon arrival.
There will be a hot welcome buffet in the Courtyard upon your arrival. This will also serve as
the children’s dinner. If you have any special dietary needs, please contact our office before
Yom Tov.
Gateways has made arrangements with a local florist to provide beautiful bouquets and
table arrangements for Yom Tov delivered directly to the hotel. Please call Twanda from
Threlkel Florist at 954-566-7571 between 8 & 5pm or email twanda@threlkelbotanicals.
com and mention code: Gateways. This will entitle you to a 10% discount on your order.
As per the request of our Hashgocho (CRC), we kindly ask our guests NOT to bring any
Chometz to the Hotel, as the entire hotel is Kosher for Pesach.
Toby Adler Photography will be in the hotel Wednesday, April 27th and Thursday, April
