Why should I buy my products from Fitness Formulary?

nutrition-related programming, products, mobile apps, and assessment tools.
The platform also features the MyHealth Assessment which returns your customized MyProducts Shopping List of
products that are appropriate, safe, and effective with respect to age, gender, and fitness level. This customized
approach even considers allergies, current medical conditions, and any medications a customer may be taking in order
to determine which products are best suited. Each recommended product utilizes a grading system that classifies
ingredients based on quality and effectiveness.
Why should I purchase through the Fitness Formulary platform?
GlobalFit members will receive an exclusive 10% member discount on all purchases in addition to the standard Fitness
Formulary savings! In addition, GlobalFit members also receive loyalty points through Fitness Formulary’s Remedy

I don’t have time to complete the assessment but want to get my customized MyProducts Shopping list. Do I
need to complete the assessment?
You can complete the first three tabs of the assessment to receive
you’re MyProducts Shopping list. Completing the first three tabs
takes less than two minutes but will return a shorter list of products.
To get the most extensive list of products that are right for you,
complete the full assessment.
How do I make sure I receive the exclusive GlobalFit member discount in the shopping cart?
Activate your account by completing the registration process using the link www.fitnessformulary.com/globalfit.
Register your account using a valid email address and password to ensure that your GlobalFit discount is always
visible in the cart.
What if a product is not on the MyProducts Shopping List? Can I still purchase it?
You can purchase any of the products available on the site, however, completing the assessment ensures that you are
directed towards the products that are the best fit for you to achieve your health, fitness, and wellness goals.
I am not seeing my GlobalFit discount in the shopping cart. What should I do?

How do I know the products on the MyProduct Shopping List are safe and right for my goals?
The MyHealth Assessment returns a list of products that are appropriate, safe and effective with respect to age,

medications the customer may be taking in order to determine which products are safe. Each recommended product
utilizes a grading system, which grades ingredients based on quality and effectiveness.

your expectations, we want to know. We will do our very best to remedy the situation and accommodate your needs.
What is the Remedy Rewards loyalty program?
Fitness Formulary offers you a rich loyalty program called Remedy Rewards for shopping with us. Each time you buy
on Fitness Formulary’s site you’ll earn Remedy Rewards for future purchases.
Points add up quickly. One point is equal to 1 cent. 1,000 points equals $10.00. You earn 6 points for every dollar
spent. That’s a 6% rebate on everything you buy. Try finding that with your credit card or airline! Remedy Rewards
never expire, are always applied towards future purchases, and can be found along with their dollar amount in the “My
Account” portion of the Fitness Formulary website.
Is the Fitness Formulary website secure?
Because they understand how important security is to you, Fitness Formulary uses government approved encryption
software called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) when you place an order. This is the most advanced consumer online
security technology to date. You can be assured that your order will be placed safely and securely. To learn more about

What if I need to return an item?
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to Fitness Formulary for a full refund
within 60 days of your purchase. Returns must be unworn in the case of shoes and clothes and not consumed in the
case of all other products. They must also be in the state you received them and in the original packaging.
There are no special catches or exceptions. To start this process, go to “My Account” and click on “Return Item.”
Once your return is received and inspected by Fitness Formulary’s fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of
receipt), your refund will be processed in the original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on
your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your
account.
Returning promotional Items and bundles
When a promotional item is returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.
When a bundle is purchased and only part of the bundle is returned, the bundle discount is void, and the total bundle
discount will be deducted from the refund.
