ashraminthegentleBerkshirehillsofwesternMassachusetts;KripaluCenterforYoga&Health.MyManhattan-tiredeyeswereparticularly
delightedwiththreethingsIdiscoveredatKripalu:amovingmeditativeyogapractice;a“spiritualaerobics”classcalledDansKineticsthat
welcomedallabilities;andachancetoimmersemyself24/7intoaspirituallifestyle.Thatmonthturnedinto12years.IjoinedtheKripalu
facultyin1985,andsubsequentlybeganteachingYogaandDancetraining.ItrademarkedLetYourYogaDance:GraceinMotiontobring
togethermythreegreatlovesDance,YogaandtheChakrasandhavebeenleadingthesetrainingseversince.
