The need for international
adoption is quite apparent as you
read and watch the news.
Many families desire to act on
God’s call to look after orphans in
their need by adopting them into
their own familes. However, the
financial cost is much greater than
most are aware.
The aim of the LYDIA Fund is to
assist Christian couples who are
looking to adopt internationally
by offering them support through
prayer, as well as through grant
money to help meet the
staggering financial needs of
international adoption.
Since its beginning in 2000, the LYDIA Fund
has been able to assist nearly 150 families as
they expanded through adoption. But each
year the number of applicants increases.

adoption process.
GET INVOLVED!
Monthly donations and one time gifts
allow the LYDIA Fund the ability to help
Christian couples seeking to adopt
internationally defray some of the
expenses associated with adoption
that can be overwhelming.
Through an application and interview
process the LYDIA Fund is able to
assess both the spiritual committment to,
as well as the financial need for the
couple’s adoption.
The LYDIA Fund is helping more and
more families each year. However, the
cost of international adoption is not
getting any cheaper.
