New raffle rules this year: We will sell 15 raffle tickets for $10. Each
participant will place a ticket in the bag labeled for the prize that they
wish to win. There will be one prize per person. A person who wins two
or more prizes will pick one to keep and return the others to be redrawn.
All proceeds will go towards the VACTEA Scholarship Fund.
