he Cavalier offers formal indoor dinner
seating for up to 100, and our oceanfront
bluffs can host parties of up to 300 with a
variety of pavilion tent and seating options.
Each of our three banquet rooms offers an
elegant setting with spectacular views of the
rugged San Simeon Coast—breathtaking in
every season.

he Cavalier Culinary Staff uses only the
finest in fresh seafood, USDA Choice steaks
and poultry. Our meats are cooked to
tender perfection on our oak pit grill, and
accompanied by fresh fruits and vegetables
available year-round from Central Coast
farms and orchards. We also offer a wide
selection of excellent California wines as well
as a fully staffed bar and beverage service
available to meet your every need.

Our breakfasts include hearty bacon, egg
and sausage dishes as well as lighter
continental fare. Our lunch offerings include
a delightful assortment of Mediterranean
pastas; East Asian shrimp, chicken and
noodle dishes; Mexican enchiladas and
tacos; and of course a traditional Central
Coast Tri-Tip and chicken barbecue. We also
offer box lunches for your working meetings,
or beach or wine-tasting excursions.
