For store visits, there are three options: No Schedule, Field‐worker Schedule, Headquarters Schedule.

Navigation
Turn‐by‐turn directions to each store, simply by pressing the Map button on the Arrival Screen, and clicking the address on the map.
Scheduled Options
There are two scheduling options: Field‐Worker Scheduled (i.e. workers tell HQ where and when); and Head Quarters Scheduled (i.e. HQ tells workers where and when. Let’s first take a look at Field‐Worker scheduling.

Scheduling a visit is very similar to the Arrival Screen. Directions and calls can be made by tapping the address or phone number, and the distance to the store is always shown.

However, instead of checking in, the user selects the date and time of the visit, as well as options to set a reminder and/or make this a recurring visit.

Store History gives you the ability to see any store’s history that you are authorized to work. Simply select the store you are interested in reviewing, and tap Choose Store
