Introduction
The summer is quickly fading in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley
and the beauty of fall is right here at us. It’s time for the local
Blue Ridge Mountains to change color, for the local high
school football rivals to pick their battles for the season, and
for families to reach ultimate confusion as to whether to run
the air conditioner or the furnace right now. Whatever you
choose during this season of unpredictable weather, we hope
that you have had a great summer and are looking forward to
a joyous fall and winter season.
Regarding The Coachmen, we are in the process of
completing our promotional tour for the “Arise” CD that we
released earlier this year, and gearing up for a busy
Christmas concert season. How glad we are that the holiday
season is soon approaching. This year we have a special gift
to offer our listeners; the long awaited “Christmas with the
Coachmen” CD that we recently released for sale. In this
newsletter, we will be speaking more about that new CD,
along with our holiday concert series. Additionally, we want to
invite you to our first live concert video project that will be
occurring in November, as well as our second Western
Caribbean cruise that will set sail in February aboard the
Norwegian Majesty. Finally, we want to share with you an
article that Americana Rhythm magazine so kindly published
recently that featured The Coachmen, which focuses on the
After years of requests, we have finally recorded a Christmas
project, which we recently released for sale.
The CD
includes 10 of our holiday favorites, and was recorded as a
live set. From “Let It Snow” to “Do You Hear What I Hear” to
“Til’ the Season Comes ‘Round Again”, the collection includes
something for everyone.
Please contact The Coachmen
directly if you’d like to purchase a copy; the CD will also be
available for purchase at select retail locations throughout
Staunton and surrounding areas during the holidays, in
addition to our upcoming shows.
