of DELTA 3 S.A., an enterprise with 15 years of experience and great specialization

Customs services
Enjoy a new package of services highly specified to all customs related issues
that fully accommodates your needs. The “IN TRANSIT” package is conditioned
by a customs regime and offers to our customers, the possibility to use a Bonded
as well as a Tax warehouse.
Bonded warehouse
DELTA 4 has a legitimate permission to own a License for a Bonded warehouse,
as it was decided by the Directorate of Thessaloniki customs and after the deposit
of an equivalent guarantee. This means that we are able to offer you the possibility
to store and maintain your goods under the regime of Customs Bonded Warehousing Procedure. In other words suspend any customs duties and taxes such as VAT
(provided that the goods of our customers come from countries outside the E.U.)
Fiscal representation
DELTA 4 offers - through the services of the Fiscal Representation - to foreign
customers, the possibility to sell their goods in Greece or other E.U. country, under
the DDP conditions and terms without the obligation of a “permanent” tax
establishment in the country.
Moreover, the function of a Fiscal Representative offers the following possibilities:
• Invoicing directly from its registered offices to E.U. or non E.U. countries.
• Taxation in the country where the invoices are issued.
• In transit storage of goods under the customers’ name at the premises of DELTA 4.
• No need of selling goods to a subsidiary company.
• Suspension of the VAT and the Excise Duty on fuel, tobacco or alcohol at bonded
areas or Tax warehouses.
Tax warehouse
DELTA 4 owns a Tax Warehouse License. This means that any goods, such as tobacco
and alcohol are entitled to temporary suspension of VAT payment as well as the Excise
Duties. In this case, DELTA 4 operates as an authorized tax warehouse keeper on behalf
of our customers, and has full liability to the Greek government to pay the relevant
taxes etc.
Temporary storage
DELTA 4 offers to you the possibility to temporary store your goods, under Custom
regime, for a short period of time in its warehouses.

The privately owned warehouses of DELTA 4 are located at a hub
of National Road network with Egnatia Motorway. It is adjacent to the
industrial area of Sindos in Western Thessaloniki and has direct access
to the national road and the rail network, as well as to the port of the city.

The warehouse premises of DELTA 4 were built taking into consideration
the most efficient utilization and the best functionality of the space, as well as
the appropriate passive fire protection. They cover 53.000 m2 and include
5 autonomous warehouses of 21.820 m2 and capacity 28.512 pallet places.
Additionally, the facilities are divided in the following areas:

• An area of 3.600 m2 for the integrated and smooth completion
of the orders collection

RF/DC
The use of RF/DC (Radio Frequency Data Collection) offers a fully automated
process concerning, delivery, distribution, storage and collection of goods.
It enables information to flow from tags to the organization’s information
infrastructure where it is processed and stored, fast and reliably.
RFID
The Radio Frequency Identification System, allows us to offer innovative solutions
by monitoring products during storage. With RFID we have immediate real - time
visibility into customer orders, and thus fully automated internal procedures,
cutting down costs and eliminating errors.

Your cargo is in good hands. Our facilities are protected by a fence
made of reinforced concrete and are guarded on a 24h basis by
a specially trained security company. DELTA 4 offices and warehouses
are fully equipped with alarm systems and high tech CCTV system,
ensuring the proper functioning of the company.
Fire protection
DELTA 4 pays special attention to safety and protection of the staff,
the facilities and the goods of its customers in case of a fire. We have
taken measures of both passive and active fire protection and fire extinction
to guarantee their ultimate safety..
Insurance
We secure you are fully covered. DELTA 4 covers the insurance of the assets
as well as the civil liability depending on the conditions and practices that
are currently applied in the industry. The goods are instantly insured upon
reception and during their storage in the premises, until their delivery
to the final customer.
Crisis management coverage
Dealing with your valuables is a responsibility we are happy to take. As part
of the high quality crisis management services that we offer, we have created
a special team with the most reliable and able employees. We have also formed
a specially designed Crisis Management Room inside the office facilities,
in case a crisis situation occurs by internal or external factors.
Hygiene
We take hygiene guidelines seriously. DELTA 4 upholds a basic policy to ensure
