This rejuvenating facial is perfect for all skin conditions,
particularly when environmental stress, business pressure,

facial includes the use of skin brightening complex and mask
rich in natural AHA’s and BHA’s which together with skin
regenerating products rich in antioxidants will visibly improve

SPA Rebalancing Facial 60 minutes
Ideal for oily, congested and problematic skin. This deep
cleansing oil-controlling facial helps to regulate oil secretions

A luxurious and regenerating facial for maturing skin to help
minimise lines and wrinkles around the eyes, neck, lips and

age-defying massage techniques and a selection of

ESPA Holistic Aromatherapy Total Body Care

This body treatment begins with full body brushing and

Booking Information
Appointments may be made by phone or in person. We recommend that you arrive
at least 5 minutes before your appointment (in order to have time to relax and
prepare yourself for your treatment).
As a courtesy to all our clients, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to.
Treatments that start late, due to a late arrival time, will still finish at the appointed
time so that other clients are not inconvenienced.
The relaxing environment we have in aura is created with your well being in mind.
We therefore ask you to abide by club rules and switch your mobile phone off before
entering aura. We also respectfully ask that you do not bring young children into
aura. If a child under 16 is having a treatment, they must be accompanied by an
adult, or adults to remain at the club.
If you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, please make sure you give us
at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
Less than 24 hours notice given - 50% cost of treatment cancelled will be charged
No notice given - Full price of treatment cancelled will be charged
If you are on any medication, undergoing any medical treatment or are pregnant,
please inform aura reception at the time of booking (to enable us to inform you of the
most appropriate treatments).
If you are booking more than 2 hours of treatment time, you may be asked to pay a
50% deposit at time of booking.
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and are nonrefundable.
They must be presented prior to treatment.
