Don Shula’s Hotel is the centerpiece of Miami Lake’s
town center, located on quaint Maine Street amid
boutiques, galleries, theaters, and restaurants. Aside
from an enormous health club and spa, the hotel has a
variety of food and beverage outlets, which is where
we come in.
Inside the hotel is Shula’s Steak 2, the ultimate sports
bar and grill. Serving three meals a day, the bar and
grill are separated, allowing exuberant sports fans to
enjoy the game drinking hand-crafted cocktails and
dining on casual, upscale food without annoying
dinner guests seeking a more peaceful meal period.
Adjacent to the hotel is the French bakery and coffee
house Vie de France. Famous for its croissants and
pastries, Vie de France also offers lighter fare such as
salads and sandwiches.
With 16,000 square feet of contemporary function
space, catered events at the hotel are upscale but
decidedly Florida fun. The ballroom opens onto a
lushly tropical Florida courtyard comnplete with a
tranquil waterfall-fed pond.
About a mile from the hotel is the Senator Golf Course.
Overlooking the manicured greens is Shula’s Steak
House, “The Original” which tops the list on the Miami
Herald’s Best of South Florida. Conceived to celebrate
the 1972 undefeated season of the Miami Dolphins,
Shula’s is known for its Premium Black Angus Beef and
oversized portions.
We are as thrilled to be operating all food and beverage in this prestigious location as we are proud of the
long-ranging partnership we have developed with the
Don Shula organization.

Miami Lakes, Florida, is a serenely beautiful enclave
surrounded by the glamorous hustle and bustle
of Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
You’d never know it was here until you’ve arrived,
and then discover it’s a place you never want to leave.
