AMPCO PUMPS
ZP Series Pumps
ZP Series Pumps are a line of rotary piston positive
displacement pumps. On the PD pump the most
significant improvement is a 304 SS gear case
on every pump. No more rusting, chipping and
peeling.
All stainless steel hardware prevents
corrosion and stripped bolts, including a stainless
steel gear case. Along with 17-ph H-1150 shafts
and 4-way mounting.
All are dimensionally and
hydraulically interchangeable
with other leading brands.
All can be rebuilt with over-sized rotors to extend
the pump’s useful life.

of synthetic yarns, fungus and mould resistant. For general clean-up and hot water washdown service in dairies, creameries,
meat packing houses, food processing and bottling plants. Lengths: 50'/100'. Temp: -40C to +93C(-40F to +200F).
CLEAR REINFORCED PVC Clear smooth PVC. An economical FDA quality hose for handling air, water, oil, mild chemicals, and
alkalis. Clear wall allows visual inspection of product. 3A/USDA/NSF-51 Compliant. 65 - 250 PSI; 3/16" - 2"; -5ºC to +65ºC;
+25ºF to +150ºF.

STEAM 250 Red, heat, weather and abrasion resistant EPDM synthetic rubber tube and cover. An extremely flexible steel
reinforced hose for use with saturated steam at pressures to 250 PSI.Chlorobutyl tube has a low permeation factor resulting in
resistance to popcorning of tube. 250 PSI; 1/2" - 3"; -40ºC to +210ºC; -40ºF to +406ºF.
CB STEAM 250 Red abrasion resistant EPDM cover with Chlorobutyl synthetic rubber tube. An extremely flexible steel
reinforced hose for use with saturated steam at pressures to 250 PSI. 250 PSI; 1/2" - 2"; -40ºC to +210ºC; -40ºF to +406ºF.
CFIA APPROVED Protector® Suction & Discharge Hose (PSD)
This premium quality, remarkably versatile-use hose has a seamless tube that is ideal for food, beverage and
dairy plant use. It won’t impart taste or odor to product and is highly resistant to common CIP solutions. Abrasion
resistant cover helps maintain a clean appearance. Unique fabric spirals and helix reinforcement gives our suction
and discharge hose exceptional flexibility.
• Approvals: FDA, USDA, 3-A, CFIA.
• Tube: Seamless white FDA butyl rubber manufactured on chrome polished mandrels.
• Reinforcement: 2 fabric spirals with helix wire.
• Cover: White EPDM with a blue stripe - animal fat, abrasion and ozone resistant.
• Temperature: -40º to 225ºF continuous
(+250ºF intermittent). Lengths: 1 foot to 100 feet.
• Factory installed ReSeal® reusable or PermaSeal® permanent couplers.

Note: All hose and tubing pressure ratings are shown at ambient temperature (68ºF). As

SCREEN GASKETS
These screen gaskets provide the most comprehensive range of stainless steel mesh and filter cloth which
provide for particulate elimination to protect fill and finish sterile products, spray balls and spray nozzles.
You can choose a screen gasket in a USP Class VI elastomer or Fluoroelastomer in a variety of mesh
sizes, 10 micron through 4 mesh.
