Click New Staff Entry on the Start Page.

Add and edit:
• Name/User information

View:
• Current teacher schedule

Staff Search > (Search and select a staff member)
Security Settings
Staff Search > (Select a staff member) > Security Settings
Edit Staff Records
Click Staff Search and search for the staff member
Click Edit Information and verify the information in
the Title field
Click Security Settings
Choose a security group from the Group menu
Click Submit
Staff Directory
Listing options include:
Staff Search > Staff Directory
View Teachers’ Current Schedules
• View as a list (Current Schedule) or as a matrix (Schedule
Matrix)
• View a list of students in a section
• Make all students the current selection

Teacher Schedules > (Select a teacher)
View a Teacher’s Schedule and Students
On the main menu, click Teacher Schedules
Select a teacher
Click a number in the Size column
View the list of students in that class
Print Teacher Gradebooks
Choose to print gradebooks for:
• One teacher
• All teachers
• Certain meeting times
• Assignments in a specific date range
• Specific final grade terms
• Teachers who have not entered final grades

Edit an Incident Date

Select the incident
