Blessed Sacrament Denver
“Now there was a sinful woman in the city who learned
that he was at table in the house of the Pharisee. Bringing an alabaster flask of ointment, she stood
behind him at his feet weeping and began to bathe his
feet with her tears. Then she wiped them with her hair,
kissed them, and anointed them with the ointment…”
“So I tell you, her many sins have been forgiven; hence,
she has shown great love. But the one to whom little is
forgiven, loves little.” Luke 7: 37-38, 47)
Thank you to David Merten and all the

ELEVENTH SUNDAY OF ORDINARY TIME
Rachel's Vineyard Retreat July 15-17th
Women and men have been wounded by the loss
of their children by an abortion. We are requesting
that you run this in your Bulletin from June 5th
through July 10th. Many women and men need to
see this notice more than once to get the courage to
call.
Also attached is a flyer that you can hang in the
gathering area for people to read and take more
information.
Thank you again for your support of this ministry.
Please pass this information on to those in your parish who work with pastoral care and in the Respect
Life ministry. We have a speaker's bureau and are
available to come to your parish to speak in whatever capacity you feel would be helpful to your parishioners. Please give me a call and we can set up a
time to talk further about this ministry.
Blessings to you,
Liz Buderus

MANY HANDS MAKE LIGHT WORK!
Flower Arrangements for the church
Do you enjoy the sacred space of Blessed Sacrament? We are looking for help with decorating the sanctuary with flowers and periodically changing the decorations.
Many hands make light work, so if you have
an interest, please contact Rica
at [email protected].
Gardening: for an hour or two a month
If you like to garden, Fr. Chris is willing to
show you a small plot of garden that needs
tending. The aim is simple, to just give you an
hour or two hours worth of work so you can
carve out the time that is needed to complete
a small project that fits your time schedule. Call
303-355-7361, and leave your name and # or
if it is after office hours press #1 and leave a
message for Fr. Chris.
Monday morning kitchen check-ups
Would you like to be one of 4 volunteers to
take turns, one Monday a month, to check
Campbell Hall kitchen, put away loose items
and wipe down the counters? Call
Argia
Martelon for more information at 303-3228371. Many hands make light work!
