Ms. Grosjean has combined grapefruit juice,
brut champagne, sugar, and pureed strawberries
to create a most refreshing, cold dessert. It will
be served at The Cafe in this and other flavors
throughout the summer. The recipe is simple
enough to make at home. The proportions are
four parts liquid to one part sugar. Imagine the
combinations you can conjure!
Fresh bistro fare. Hip downtown air.

Meet Our Master Bartender!
ark Montez is seasoned and well versed
M
in his craft. On his off days you might find
him hosting a barbeque and playing grill master, but here at Rockwell’s Lounge he is making Mean Rock-tini’s, pouring Divine Wines,
and occasionally tickling the ivories. After a
decade of bartending his mantra is simplic-
ity and great service. With the right recipe,
almost anyone can make a killer cocktail. But
it takes more than well-measured ingredients to
make a bar visit special. Come in and enjoy a
few drinks and see what we mean.
