Chris joined Mitchell Williams in 2010 f from the United States Department of Justice within the
United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Arkansas where he spent eight years as
an Assistant United States Attorney in the Criminal Division, three of which were as Chief of the
Criminal Division. Chris has extensive courtroom and jury trial experience, as well as experience in
public policy, management, and working with the regulatory and administrative branches of
government. Prior to his service at the United States Attorney’s Office, Chris served as the Chief
Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the 19th - West Judicial District in Benton County, Arkansas. In
addition to his trial and courtroom experience, Chris has extensive experience in leading and
managing major white collar and immigration related corporate investigations.
