Contractor agrees to pay in the amount indicated, inclusive of the services indicated on the proposal.
Tuxedo Catering & Events accepts cash, person check (if made out 7 days prior to event date) Visa, Master Card,
Discover and American Express. A personalized payment plan can be arranged.
Generally there is a $100.00 non refundable down payment made at contract signing. This is a deposit to hold your
date on the calendar.
Payment of 25% of the proposed contract s due sixty (60) days prior to your event date. The final payment is due five
(5) days before your wedding / event date.
A $75.00 return check fee will be charged for any returned checks, as well as a $50.00 per day late fee will be added
Attire
Aloha Productions staff will dress in appropriate attire for your event. The following are a list of options:

You may purchase your own alcohol and non alcohol for your event and we could recommend amount to buy
if needed, we recommend 1 bar tender per 75 guests for beer and wine or 1 bartender per 50 guests for mixed
drinks
