The Amazing Medallion Needlepoint Designs
are original to Needleworks and designed by owner, Kathryn Read. Marti
Vandeputte was the first to stitch one and has been a fan since. Her
amazing needlepoint skills come to play in these very unique designs and
she is eager to give you a good start in an easy going Medallion workshop.
The stitching technique is the simple to learn “Basket Weave” and one
workshop will be enough to set you free to proceed on your own. The
Medallion canvases are beautifully “stitch painted” by hand and must be
ordered in advance. Needleworks is going to give a 10% discount on the
Medallion canvases to students participating in this workshop with Marti.

Bargello Needlepoint by Carol Fitzhugh!
Chairs from the 1600’s, in the Bargello Palace in Florence, Italy, are the
inspiration for the beautiful Bargello needlepoint stitch and Carol Fitzhugh’s very
own original design Bargello Sampler. Carol is a master of all unique decorative
needlepoint stitches, an inspiring needlepoint designer and a knowledgeable and
encouraging instructor. To register for this excellent learning opportunity just call

$28 for the pattern booklet.

This “over-the-top”, wonderfully hip button bag is Engla’s answer to fun, funky, functional
and felted! It’s very clever “handle through a loop” design that keeps the contents safe and
secure. Inside it has a pocket for a cell phone and a loop to secure your keys. In this all new
class you will learn to knit in the round and felt and experience the freedom to embellish
