ACCOMPANYING ADULTS RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Teacher in-charge is expected to administer school students’ briefing,
registration, payment collection and students performance. Periodic
meetings should be held to facilitate the process.

2. In Japan, Program Coordinators & teacher in-charge are expected to
conduct head-count, curfew, room spot checks & enforce discipline.
3. Accompanying Adults must adhere to the Program itinerary and remain
as a group. Program Coordinators and Teachers are obligated to standby
at hotel or remain within certain vicinity during student’s Homestay.
4. In Japan, Program Coordinators after consultation with Teacher
are authorized to make final decision in the interest of the students.
