Toh Chin Leong
Tham Huen Cheong
Toh Chin Leong, aged 47, has been with the Group since 1995.
He was previously the General Manager, Property Development
(Northern Region) prior to his redesignation on 1 April 2014. He holds
a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of
Science degree in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of
Arkansas, USA. Prior to joining the Group, he was attached to Arkansas
State Highway & Transportation Department as a graduate engineer.
Tham Huen Cheong, aged 55, has been with the Group since
1983. He is presently the General Manager, Property Development
(Southern Region). He is a member of the Association of International
Accountants, recognised by the UK Government as a Recognised
Qualifying Body for statutory auditors. Before joining the Group, he
has worked in an international accounting firm for 4 years and prior
to his current appointment, he had served as Accountant (Accounts
& Finance Department Head Office), Finance & Administration
Manager (Construction Division Johor Bahru) and later the Branch
Manager Johor Bahru (Property Division). He has extensive
experience in accounting, finance, property management and
property development.

Hoo Kim See
Senior General Manager, Property Development (Central Region)
Hoo Kim See, aged 51, has been with the Group since 1991.
He was previously the General Manager, Property Development
(Central Region) prior to his redesignation on 1 April 2014.
He graduated from University Sains Malaysia with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Housing, Building and Planning. He is a member
of Institute Surveyors Malaysia and a Registered Quantity Surveyor
with the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia. He has extensive
experience in property development, project management and
contract administration.
Shuy Eng Leong
Chief Operating Officer, Radiant Pillar Sdn Bhd
Shuy Eng Leong, aged 55, joined the Group in May 2011 as the
Chief Operating Officer of Radiant Pillar Sdn Bhd to undertake a
1,879 acres mixed development project called “Bandar Rimbayu”.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from University
of Bath (UK) as well as Bachelor of Engineering from University of
Malaya. Prior to joining the Group, he has held senior management
positions in several public listed property companies and successfully
implemented many projects over a span of more than 21 years.
Chai Kian Soon
General Manager, Property Management
Chai Kian Soon, aged 49, has been with the Group since 1995. He is
presently the General Manager, Property Management, in charge of
the property management and maintenance and sales administration
in central region. He is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian
Institute of Accountants and a Fellow of the Chartered Association of
Certified Accountants. Prior to joining the Group, he was attached to
a public accounting firm and a public listed construction company for
more than 8 years.

Roger Lee Wai Hin
General Manager, Cypress Potential Sdn Bhd
Roger Lee Wai Hin, aged 50, joined the Group in December 2011
to undertake a 1,188 acres mixed development project called
“Sebana Cove”. He holds a Master of Engineering from University of
Auckland (NZ) as well as Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons) from
University of Canterbury (NZ). He is a registered Professional Engineer
(P.Eng.) and a member of the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia
(MIEM). Prior to joining the Group, he has held senior management
positions in several public listed property companies and successfully
implemented many development projects over a span of more than
18 years. He has extensive experience in construction, project
planning, property development, project management and land
acquisition for development.
Lee Kok Hoo
General Manager, Business Development
Lee Kok Hoo, aged 50, has been with the Group since 1990.
He is presently the General Manager, Business Development.
He holds Diploma in Technology (Building) from Tunku Abdul
Rahman College and a Master’s degree in Business Administration
from University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom. He has extensive
experience in construction and property development, specialising in
project management of buildings and schools projects, design and
build projects, land acquisition for development and joint venture
development.

Patrick Oye Kheng Hoon
Kelvin Mathews Jacob
Patrick Oye, aged 57, has been with the Group since 2003.
He is presently the General Manager, Property Development
(Sabah). He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Federal
Institute of Technology. Prior to joining the Group, he held senior
management positions in several property development groups for
more than 21 years. He has vast experience in constructions and
property development.
Kelvin Mathews Jacob, 46, joined the Group in March 2013 as
General Manager, Club, Resort & Facilities Management.
He graduated from Universiti Pertanian Malaysia with a Bachelor
of Agricultural Science degree. He has vast experiences in many
reputable clubs and brings with him more than 20 years of experience
in the golf and recreation clubs’ industry. With his hands-on approach
and inculcating teamwork, his strength lies in turning around clubs
with regards to improving bottom lines, better operational cost
efficiency, improved members’ satisfaction and management control.

Tan Khee Leng
General Manager, Accounts & Finance
Tan Khee Leng, aged 46, has been with the Group since 1997.
She is presently the General Manager, Accounts and Finance. Prior
to her assumption of her present role on 1 April 2013, she was
the Senior Manager, Accounts & Finance. She holds a Bachelor of
Accountancy degree from University Utara Malaysia. She is a Chartered
Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a Certified
Public Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public
Accountants. Before joining the Group, she was attached to a public
accounting firm.
Chai King Sing
General Manager, Property Development (Sarawak)
Chai King Sing, aged 43, joined the Group in May 2012. He is presently
the General Manager, Property Development (Sarawak), a position he
assumed on 1 April 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
Civil Engineering from University of Oklahoma, USA. Prior to joining the
Group, he has held various senior management positions in a public
listed property company and prior to that, an engineering consultant
firm. He has extensive experience in construction, property planning,
development and management. He has successfully implemented
many development projects over a span of more than 16 years.
Lim Hock Seng
General Manager, Nasa Land Sdn Bhd
Lim Hock Seng, aged 58 has been with the Group since 1996 when
he joined as an assistant project manager. He is presently the
General Manager of Nasa Land Sdn Bhd. He holds a Master’s degree
in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University. Prior to
joining the Group, he was a project manager with Japan Corporation
Development Sdn Bhd. He has 18 years of extensive experience in the
construction and property development.

Bahrin Bin Baharudin
General Manager, Land Administration
Bahrin Bin Baharudin, aged 61, has been with the Group since
July 2000. He is presently the General Manager, Land Administration.
He graduated from the Portsmouth Polytechnic, with a Bachelor of
Science (Hons) in Civil Engineering. He is a member of the Institution
of Engineers, Malaysia and a Registered Professional Engineer. Prior
to joining the Group he was attached with the Negeri Sembilan State
Development Corporation. He has extensive experience in project
planning and property development.
