IMPORTANT INFORMATION ▼
• All ticket orders (admission and meal) must be pre-paid fourteen (14) days prior to your visit to allow sufficient time to process your
order and mail your tickets to you. Orders received less than fourteen (14) days prior to your visit will be available for pick-up at the
Will Call Booth, located to the right of the front gate.
• Payment must be made via one school/organizational check, cash or credit card. Sorry, personal checks and purchase orders
are not accepted.
• A valid admission ticket or Season Pass is required for all Valleyfair guests.
• Meal options and unlimited drink wristbands are non-refundable.
• Buses park for free! Bus drivers will receive a complimentary admission ticket when presenting their Class B Driver’s License at
Guest Services, located at the front gate.
• Complimentary chaperone tickets and bus driver tickets do not include meal vouchers or an unlimited drink option.
• Minimum of 15 tickets must be purchased to receive rate.
