Eric & Violetta have blocked off rooms for their wedding guests. They would like to encourage all their guests to
book with Beach Bum Vacation. You must book your room directly with Beach Bum Nanda to ensure that you will
receive wedding guest rates, be included in the guest list, all your travel arrangements are taken care of and you’ll
be included in all events for the wedding.

Round trip airport shuttle transfers are included in the rates.
The El Dorado Royale & Casitas is Adults Only, if you are bringing children you can stay at
Generations Riviera Maya. There are exchange privileges between hotels for all adults, the
children can only stay at Generations Riviera Maya.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: The break down is based on the TOTAL cost per person (airfare & room). Cancel for ANY

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once your reservation is made, the resort cancellation fee is $150 per person up to July 31, 2015.
From August 1- 15, the resort cancellation fee is $200 per person.
From August 15 – September 1, the resort cancellation fee is $300 per person.
From September 2 to departure, the resort cancellation penalty is the full balance of your reservation.
The aforementioned is person or room cancelling (so if 1 person within the room cancels these same rules apply for
that person). Regarding Airline tickets – if Beach Bum Vacation booked your tickets - they are 100% not refundable
and subject to individual airline penalties/fees. Insurance covers these resort & airline penalties for individuals
making reservations within the group – if you have purchased insurance.
If you do not have insurance –cancellations for ANY reason (medical/personal emergencies, cancellation of the
wedding, etc.) do not relieve you from these penalties. ONLY the Travel Insurance will help with coverage.
Frequently Asked Questions:
-Currency: USDs are accepted in Riviera Maya so there is no need to exchange your currency.
-Clothing: some restaurants require men to wear long pants, shirt with collar & closed toe shoes.
-Airport: you must arrive at the airport two hours prior to flight departure time.
-Passport: go to your local post office and request passport forms, instructions will be provided. It takes

-Frequent Flyer: in the event you would like to use your frequent flyer miles you will need to contact the airline
