All advertising rates are based on the advertiser or its agency,
furnishing digital files that meet our printer’s specifications.
Files may be prepared in the latest versions of software programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe
InDesign. Please submit a high-resolution (300 dpi) CMYK pdf
file with fonts and images embedded. If crop marks are used,
they must be offset by a minimum of 1/8” to ensure they don’t
show on the final printed piece. The ads may be emailed. A final
100% percent sized proof with crop marks must be submitted
with the ad files. The proof should be a SWOP-accepted, digital
contact proof in CMYK mode. If proof is not submitted, proper
production is not guaranteed.
COLOR
Please convert all colors in the print ad to CMYK. Pantone colors
will be changed and may not reflect the intended color.
FONTS
Fonts must be Macintosh-compatible. Please include all fonts
used in the document or embed them in the files. A 100%
black should be used on type (instead of a 4-color black).
IMAGES
All digital images in print ads should be 300 dpi and in
CMYK mode.
CORRECTIONS/CHANGES
LNE & Spa does not design or produce advertisements. It is
the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that all advertisement material is free of errors, is of high quality and includes all
supporting files, such as images and fonts. LNE & Spa neither
accepts liability nor compensates for items that are the advertiser’s responsibility.
