SPECIAL ALL SOULS' DAY LITURGY
Please come pray with us on

in the Church. This will be a very special
liturgy in remembrance of our loved
ones who have died. We will have
Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament
and Vespers, along with a blessing of the names of
those you would like to be remembered. Each of us
has lost someone special at some time in our lives,
and this service is meant to help keep them in our
prayers and remember them in a significant way.
ROSARY MAKING CLASS
In this month of the Rosary, come learn
how to make cord rosaries with Fr. David.
He will be teaching us how to make them
on Wed., Oct 26th after the 8:45 Mass in the
youth room. These rosaries make great gifts and are a
great project to work on! Hope to see you there!
22nd ANNUAL HOLIDAY ANGEL BAZAAR &
CRAFT FAIRE This year’s craft faire, sweet
shoppe, auction, and raffle will be held in
the hall on Sat., Nov. 12 & Sun., Nov. 13. It
will feature beautiful handmade crafts,
“yummy” home baked goodies, and
wonderful auction and raffle items.
CALLING ALL ANGELS! Just a reminder
for all those “angels” in our parish family who may be
working on crafts and/or sweet shoppe donations for our
Religious Education’s 22nd Annual Holiday Angel Bazaar &
Craft Faire. The craft items can be any handmade
articles. For the Café/Sweet Shoppe, you have lots of
choices: pies, cakes, cookies, cupcakes, breads, brownies,
and homemade candies… jams, jellies, preserves,
chutneys, relishes, and sauces. We would appreciate
having the craft items turned into the Religious Ed office
by Sun. Nov. 6. Please put your name on your donations
so we will know who our “Guardian Angels” are. Thanks
so much for your support ! Questions? Call 255-7200.

FEAST OF ALL SOULS – WED., NOV. 2nd
The Church celebrates the Feast of All Souls, a day setaside to honor and pray for our loved ones who have
gone before us, marked with the sign of Faith. Catholic
Cemeteries wishes to invite all of those who have loved
ones entrusted to our care, to join us on that day for the
celebration of a special Mass which will be held in the
Holy Cross Chapel on the Cemetery grounds, 2121 Spring
St. at 10 am. Refreshments to follow Mass.
40 DAYS FOR LIFE
It is difficult to stay focused on our efforts to save our
unborn, with the elections looming, but our prayers are
even more vital. Keep in mind some hopeful facts like:
133 abortion workers have left their jobs at Planned Parenthood and become pro-life advocates. Your witness
has been responsible for such conversions. Join us for
just one hour a week. Call Chris at 252-0191
