Cross Section
Framing an Adventurer truck camper is a craft in itself. All materials are pre-cut and hand
assembled without the use of jigs to provide a tighter, stronger fit at all of the joints.

Aluminum Tube Frame
Inside Wall Surface
Luan Plywood
All units 9’ and larger are built using our
Aluminum Framed Composite Panel Construction process.
1 Our composite fiberglass walls are constructed by laminating a welded aluminum
tube frame between an outer Filon™ shell
and an inner luan laminated wood panel.
The void created by these two panels is
filled with a solid styrofoam insulation.
2 All units use flush-frame safety glass radius windows with gusseted corners. Solar
Reflective windows are standard on the
810WS & up.
3 The heated enclosed holding tank area
is insulated with reflectics. Heat ducts in
the holding tank area ensure a warm area
when the furnace is in operation, leaving
the zone warm & dry at all times.
4 A sturdy powder coated aluminum ladder
provides easy access to the roof.
5 Generous exterior storage space.
6 Tie-down brackets are bolted to the main
wall and wing wall for extra reinforcement
and strength.
7 Our jacks are bolted through the aluminum corners to achieve a strong and stable platform when the camper is not on
the truck.
8 The Happi-Jac™ camper jack system
continues our tradition of quality manufacturing. Providing over 34” of lift, the
Happi-Jac™ screw jack safely raises and
lowers the camper with ease, ensuring
optimum efficiency and performance,
while enhancing the look of your camper. The unique concave footpad design
reduces movement and offers improved
stability over convex footpads.
9 Stylish graphics enhance the look of all
Adventurer Truck Campers.
10 All external walls are insulated with high
density styrofoam insulation for heat retention and sound dampening.
11 Large emergency egress window.
12 Floor on overhead bed is bolted in place
with 31/4” bolts on each side.
13 At Adventurer we manufacture our own
Filon™ to exact specifications to ensure
our products are always up to our high
standards. We use only the best building
materials, from aluminum tubing to quality solid wood cabinet doors; absolutely
no particle board is used.
14 Aluminum framed composite panel roof
is the same as in all exterior walls. T.P.O.
rubber roof with a prorated 12 year warranty is available as standard equipment.
15 Moulded fiberglass nose caps are available.
Our attractive interiors and durable exteriors are built to withstand the rigors of outdoor living. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is evident in all aspects of an Adventurer: quality cabinet doors that fit precisely,
windows that seal tightly even in the most inclement weather, beautiful upholstery and furnishings, and extra
storage compartments. All this plus more add up to what we believe, is the best value in the industry.
106DBS
The 106DBS is aimed to please anyone
looking for the ultimate camping
experience. This unit packs the most
floor space possible into the back of
a pick-up. With a dry shower, dinette
power slide, and generous storage, the
106DBS offers you the best in the truck
camper market.
10T
If you like camping and need an extra bed
in a camper, you will love the Adventurer
10T. This truck camper’s revolutionary foldout section adds a bed and 27 square feet
to the unit so you can sleep six. Perfect for
the family with the crew cab truck, and the
extra toys.
93FDS
90FWS
New to the Adventurer line is the 93FDS,
that is built using our new aluminum framed
composite panel construction process. It
includes a full wall dinette and fridge slideout, that greatly increases the floor space.
The much larger bathroom is bright and airy
and topped with a large skylight.
The 90FWS offers a forward bath, in-floor
tanks, a full facing side dinette, and over
20 cubic feet of outside storage. This slick
camper is designed to fit a 3/4 ton or
larger truck.
90RDS
89WS
The highly economical 90RDS features
an efficient layout and modest weight.
A power slide expands your living
area with the simple push of a button.
Adding a generator will increase its
flexibility even more.
Built on the same floor plan as the
810WS, the deluxe model includes a
few extras such as a larger 6 cubic foot
fridge, and a 25,000 BTU furnace. A
fully installed generator, with short box
option is also available.
810WS
810W
Designed over 25 years ago at our manufacturing facility, the 810WS has often been copied
by others in the industry but never successfully
duplicated. Only Adventurer Manufacturing can
claim the original design. A fully installed generator, with short box option is also available.
The 810W features a very functional floor plan
at a great price. This truck camper is perfect
for venturing off the beaten path whether
it’s hunting, fishing or just enjoying the less
travelled roads.
85WS
The 85WS sports the ideal floor plan for
those weekend escapes. This unit has it
all – full bathroom, generous storage, and
even with the extra options, it is still light
and economical.
80W
The 80W is a popular competitor in the half-ton
truck market. An added washroom in this 8 foot
camper increases the comfort and convenience
for your camping experience; a value leader while
still keeping a reasonable price.
80HL
76R
This truly lightweight unit with a very affordable
price tag is built specifically for the person who
has the basics in mind.
The 76R is our smallest truck camper. It is lightweight,
very sturdy, small enough to fit in the import truck
boxes, yet seems larger than any other import camper
on the market today. This Adventurer provides plenty
of room for those weekend get-a-ways.

3-year Limited Structural Warranty
All Adventurer products are warranted to be free of defects in materials, or
workmanship, for 36 months from date of delivery to the original purchaser
and will be repaired or replaced, within this period, at the discretion of the
manufacturer at approved service centres.
Any component carrying its own guarantee shall be covered under the
conditions and terms of its manufacturer. This warranty does not cover
damage caused by misuse, accident, alteration, improper maintenance or
rental. Contact your dealer for details.
Notice
Adventurer Manufacturing Ltd., whose policy is one of continuous
improvement, reserves the right to change any of the specifications
without prior notice and without incurring any obligation. If you have any
questions about our product line, please don’t hesitate to contact your
nearest dealer.
When purchasing an Adventurer Truck Camper,
there are a few important factors to consider:
How much weight will your truck handle? The payload capacity is usually posted in the
glove box on most trucks. What is your (GVWR) Gross Vehicle Weight Rating, and (GAWR)
Gross Axle Weight Ratings? Theses are usually posted on the driver’s side door post.
As the owner, it is your responsibility not to exceed the weight specifications of your truck
when purchasing a truck camper. Always think safety first before loading a camper on your
truck. We recommend that you have a set of AIR BAGS installed.
If you need service on your Adventurer while away and you are not near an Adventurer
dealer, just stop in at any reputable RV service center and have them contact Adventurer
for authorization to repair your unit under warranty.
