Alexandria resident Massimo
Allegretta didn’t need much time
to act after learning of the new
Turnberry Tower high-rise condominium community. He immediately researched the capitalarea property, toured the model
showroom…and was sold!
“I took one day to think about
Turnberry Tower, and quickly put
down a deposit,” says the soonto-be resident.
Citing the myriad of attributes
and conveniences of living in
Rosslyn, including a strong
corporate environment, great
restaurants, and an exciting
nightlife, Massimo says the
burgeoning area has a New
York feel. At the top of his list is
Turnberry Tower’s centralized
location, allowing residents to
get anywhere in the DC area
quickly and easily.
Massimo plans to make
Turnberry Tower his permanent
home and is especially excited about the private elevator feature that enhances the
condominium’s convenience
and safety.
“I thought that was the coolest
thing,” he said. “You see that in
other areas like Miami and Las
Vegas, but this is a first for this
market.”
Massimo was born in Italy
and has lived in New York,
New Jersey and California -- experiences that have allowed him
to know a good spot when he
sees one. He currently lives in
Alexandria and eagerly awaits
his move-in date.

Atlanta, Georgia is where

to Atlantis, Paradise Island. For
the past seven years, Maisha
has been taking advantage of

“I was probably the first

No newcomer to Turnberry,

portfolio, however, Atlantis
stood out as a remarkable opportunity.
“I think it’s the only Caribbean destination where you
really do not have to leave the
resort, even with kids,” she
says. “I mean, they have the
huge spa, the beach, casinos
and specialty stores, but they
also have a kid’s movie theater
and kid’s nightclub.”

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA
Turnberry
Enters Golden State
with San Francisco
Condo Tower
Turnberry recently announced its initial foray
into the California market with the creation of
a condominium tower on a prized site in San
Francisco’s emerging Rincon Hill neighborhood.
Overlooking the Oakland Bay Bridge,
Turnberry Tower San Francisco will rise approximately 40 stories at 45 Lansing Street
and include a variety of studio, one-, two- and
three-bedroom residences. According to Turnberry President/Chief Operating Officer Bruce
Weiner, the development will be the most upscale in the neighborhood with standard amenities including exotic marble baths, Snaidero
cabinetry, European cooking appliances and
Jacuzzi Hydrotherapy tubs.
“During the past decade, we’ve created
a tremendous following along the west coast,”
Weiner said. “Those buyers–
and our research–have strongly
indicated there’s a large market
in San Francisco for the highrise lifestyle and level of service
we deliver.”
Construction began this
past summer and the launch of sales is set for
early 2008. The site, near First and Harrison
Streets, has already received planning approval
from the city and will be an integral part of
Rincon Hill’s continuing evolution. City planners have designated the area as ideal for highrise, downtown residential development.
“The views from the residences will be
magnificent and the location’s proximity to mass
transit and the city’s business district is perfect.
Rincon Hill is really evolving into the perfect
place for San Franciscans to live and work,”
Weiner said.
And, while this may be Turnberry’s first
California project, Weiner indicates it certainly
won’t be the company’s last.
“We have big plans for California overall,”
he said. “We’ve had great success in Miami, Las Vegas and
Washington D.C. and believe
this San Francisco development fits our model of bringing
world-class luxury to world-renowned cities.”
Turnberry
to Debut Suites at
Strip’s Most In-demand
Casino and Resort
Already the undisputed leader in Las Vegas
luxury high-rise living, Turnberry is introducing
its latest incredible ownership opportunity in the
entertainment capital of the world: Fontainebleau Las Vegas, a $2.9 billion, 63-story, resort,
condominium-hotel, casino and entertainment
destination on The Strip. The resort is being
built by Fontainebleau Resorts, LLC, a Las
Vegas-based developer led by Jeffrey Soffer, who
also heads the Turnberry group of companies.
Turnberry will soon begin sales for Fontainebleau Las Vegas’ approximately 1,000
luxurious condominium-hotel residences. These
spectacular suites will offer owners unlimited
access to The Strip’s most in-demand casino
and resort, with all of the select amenities and
signature style Turnberry clients have come to
expect. Anticipation is already mounting for
this unique, limited ownership opportunity, and
sales are expected to be brisk when the sales
center and model showroom opens across the
street from the site in March 2008.
The forerunner of a new generation of
world-class resorts, Fontainebleau Las Vegas
will bring the Fontainebleau brand from Miami
to Las Vegas, borrowing from Morris Lapidus,
the innovative architect who designed the curvilinear Fontainebleau in Miami Beach more than
a half-century ago.
Scheduled to debut in fall 2009, the resort
portion of Fontainebleau Las Vegas will feature
dramatic high ceilings, signature restaurants, a
60,000-square-foot spa, a 3,200-square-foot
performing arts theater, trendsetting retail,
state-of-the-art meeting space and the world’s
largest rooftop pool and club scene with incredible views directly down onto the Las Vegas
Strip. The Fontainebleau Las Vegas casino also
will be one-of-a-kind, featuring architectural
gardens that soar toward the towering ceiling,
as well as dazzling interactive light displays
that draw players into the resort’s intoxicating
experience.
We’ll continue to update you on this magnificent development and ownership opportunity as we draw closer to the sales launch.
