FUSELAGE ASSEMBLY
• Ifyou like to use 600mAh pack,(full AA size) Please cut the parts shown
in red. (Pic 1.)
• Drill a small hole for the push rod (both right and leftfuselages).(Pic 2.3.)
• According to the dimension of the servo that you are going to use, cut
slant-lined excess parts. Both R & L fuselage. (Pic 4.)
• Cut the rudder on the vertical fin apart with a knife as per the
groove. (Pic 5.)
• As shown, mark a line on the EPS mount that is for
the thrust angle indication when it is installed on the
fuselage.(Pic 6.)
• Insert the EPS mount to the electric power system
(EPS).
• Make sure that the mount is pushed into the EPS by
20mm.
If it is too tight to insert the mount, trim the mount
slightly with a knife or sand paper.(Pic 7.)
• Temporarily pull the EPS out for easier assembly procedure of the fuselage.
• Press the hexagonal 3mm nut into plastic parts 0 6 and apply a small
amount of OA glue to the 0 6, being careful not get glue on the threads .(Pic 8. 9. 10.)
• Insert the 3x30mm screw as shown. (Pic 11.)
• Apply GWS glue (or epoxy for faster cure time) evenlly at the Indicated area bouth
fuselage R&L(Pic12. 13.)
• Apply enough glue to the grooves for the mount.
(Pic 14. For EPS-100C & EPS-300C)
(Pic 15. For EDP-400C )
• Glue the 06 then Insert to the slot of the fuselage as shown. Make sure that there is
no glue on thread of the nut. (Pic 16.)
• Once glued join the fuselage. R & L together.(Pic 17.)
• Put paper tapes , 5-6 places around the fuselage as shown until glue cures completely that will at least take
half an hour. Make sure that the EPS mount thrust indication align with fuselage center.
• Then take out the 3x30mm screw.
• Trim any excess parts off the joint section with a knife.(Pic 18.)

• Glue the plastic C-1 to the hollow of the fuselage as shown.(Pic 19. 20.)
• Glue the plastic part G-14 (Landing gear mount).(Pic 21. 22.)
TAIL ASSEMBLY
Cut the elevators apart from the horizontal stabilizer.(Pic 23.)
Use a triangle to determine the center of the horizontal stabilizer and mark an indication lines as
shown.(Pic 24.)
Trim the elevator pivot to a triangular shape as shown by sanding a bevel shape.(Pic 25. 26.)
For the elevator linkage wire, cut a 1mm deep & wide and 30mm long slit.(Plc 27.)
Drill a
dia & 20mm deep hole on the elevators.(Pic 28.)
According to the dimensions shown for hinges.
Cut a slit (10mm long & deep)at two places for hinge installation on the elevators.
Then apply glue to a half of the hinge and insert them Into the slits.(Pic 29 . 30.)
•
•
•
•
Glue the elevator linkage wire and insert to the elevator.(Pic 31. 32.)
Temporarily fasten the linkage wire with a paper tape.(Pic 33.)
Refer the hinges position on the elevator.
Cut two slits on the horizontal stablizer.(Pic 34.)
• Apply glue on all hinges and insert them to the horizontal stabllizer.(Pic 35.)
• Trim the elevator (R & L) so they correspond with each other.(Plc 36.)

RADIO SET-UP
• Cut the Velcro in half and attach one half (A) to the hollow on the
fuselage ,then attach the other Velcro half (B) to the battery pack .
This will keep the battery In position The battery location In the
nose should be slid as forward as possible .{pic 123.124.125.126.)
•The C.G. (Center of Gravity) is located 50--55mm back from the leading edge of the wing .Afterall radio gears and the battery pack is
installed , check the C.G. point of the air plane .If the C.G. Is offset, move the receiver and speed controller forward or back ward until
you find the recommended balancing point .The other way to balance the C.G. point is to use the supplied clay to add weight. Do not
fly ifthe plane is not properly balanced, (pic 127.128.)

® Moving the stick to left, then the right side aileron should flip down and the left side aileron should flip up.
® When the stick is in neutral, the two ailerons should return to neutral position.
THROTTLE TEST
• Pull the stick all the way backward and the trimmer at the 1/3 position .then wait for 2 seconds.
• Slowly push the stick forward and the power system starts to run. Now push the throttle all the way forward and the motor should run at
high speed.
• Pull the stick all the way backward and the motor should stop.
RUDDER TEST
• Moving the stick to right, the rudder should flip to the right.
• Moving the stick to left, the rudder should flip to the left.
• When the stick is In neutral, the rudder should return to neutral position.

PREFLIGHT CHECKING LIST
f£//?/?yPsr^
1. It Is best for you to fly your plane In a large open place.
2. Do not fly around some restricted location like airports, military bases, etc.
3. You will need to range check the transmitter to be sure you are not experiencing any
interference. (If you are flying with other RC modeler at a field, do not turn on your transmitter
until you are certain that no one else is using your channel.)
4. Always turn on the receiver last after turning on the transmitter and shut off the receiver first
before turning off the transmitter.
5. Ifyou are only a beginner to the radio control model flying, do not attempt to fly your model
without any assistance or advice from advanced expert fliers.
6. Please refer to the instruction guide carefully and thoroughly before assembling equipment kits.
Different power units and servos combination will lead to its various flight performance .
Remember the lighter the better.
7. Be sure to check the wind direction before landing or taking off.
TAKE OFF
nil The Wind Direction
\
%
1. Apply full throttle to speed up the airplane into the breeze.
2. Keep the tracking straight using the rudder during the
take-off process.
3. Apply just a touch of up-elevator when the model reaches
sufficient takeoff speed and the model lifts smoothly into the air.
4. Make the turn when the model is at a high altitude. Then trim all
control surfacf
LANDING
III! The Wind Direction
1. Maintain at a safe altitude against the wind.
2. Gradually reduce the throttle during the landing pattern for a smooth
touch down.
3. Pull the throttle backward and slightly touch up-elevator when the
decent approximately 30 cm from the ground. After the main landing
gear gently touches the runway, reduce the throttle until the tail wheel
touches ground.

Cauttion ("*1); Do not use any bigger size propeller than we suggest
' Caution (**2): If you want to use higher volt battery pack than we recommend (7.2 ~ 8.4V) it may cause any damage on the
motor such as weakening power, losing performance, shortening life, getting burnt ect. So You may reduce the size of the
