lounge with two swivel chairs. Residential
window treatments, designer box valances,
and available bunk bed floorplans complete
the package. Spirit of America is definitely

Affordable
Laminated
Sidewalls
No longer does moderately priced mean wood
framed sidewall construction and ribbed metal
siding. Spirit of America gives you a new level
of quality with the only aluminum framed and
vacuum bond laminated sidewalls priced to
compete with traditional wood framed construction.
High strength urethane adhesive, bonds a
smooth fiberglass sheet to a lauan backing for
the exterior wall. The walls are bonded with
urethane to a welded aluminum frame that is
filled with rigid polystyrene insulation. Finally, an
interior panel is glued to the inside of the wall.
The completed wall is then placed under
consistent pressure in the vacuum bond (bag)
process for 30 minutes or longer to ensure
smooth high-strength bonding.
