President’s Message
March 2nd, 2016
I would like to thank Bob Jacobs, and the number of
Directors who helped in our chapter’s booth at
Wausau’s Musky Expo. From my prospective it
looked like our big promotion for the Spring Classic,
possibly had a positive effect on gaining 3 entries at
the show, and showing a large interest in fishing it.
We signed up a number of young kids for Youth
Memberships to our chapter. Congratulations to Rich
and Penny Reinert who have made this Expo one of
the best in the state.
Please plan on attending our annual DNR / Guides
meeting on Wednesday April 6th. We once again
will host our area Biologist at 7:00p.m., at the Eagle
River Inn. They will give a report on what is going to
happen in our area this year and answer our questions. This is a very informative meeting. It is open
to all who would like to attend. Our regular meeting
will start at 6:00 p.m. sharp.

will more than likely win Lunker of the month. Opener May 28th is not that far

to go through all your fishing stuff and see what you can get rid of. We can sell
excess fishing stuff at the St. Germain Flea Market this summer. Contact joe
Koschnik at 715-542-2366 if you want to donate something. A friend of mine wanted

Lots of great outings coming up this year so check out the calendar on P. 8 and
