Welcome to St. Paul's Preschool's Santa Express Silent Auction. On the following pages, you will find the bid
list of many packages that have been so generously donated by families, friends and area businesses. Please
note that late entries/changes are always possible, so be sure to check out the Silent Auction room (George
Crooks Dining Hall) on Saturday December 14, 2013.
To Bid Prior to the Event

Peruse the offerings listed on the following pages and determine on which package(s) you would like
to bid.

Complete a bid sheet, attached to this pre-bid listing, making sure to include your name and the phone
number where you can be reached on the afternoon/evening of December 14. Be sure to bid at least
the minimum bid listed (which is approximately 50% the retail value on most packages) and the
highest amount you would be willing to pay for the package.

Place your bid sheet in a sealed envelope and it to the Preschool Offices at Ferguson Centers or
Mcknight no later than 3pm Friday December 13, 2013.

The Fine Print
All bidding will close immediately following the end of the last Santa's Express Session (12:30-2:30 session).
We will attempt to notify all winners directly after the event at the Email provided. If you do not have an
email we will contact you by the phone number provided on the bid sheet.
We request that packages be picked up during the week of December 16th through the 20th at the main
office located at St. Paul's Preschool Ferguson Center. Please note: ALL packages must be picked up by
Friday, December 20th unless alternate arrangements are specifically made. Please remember, this event is
run by parent volunteers who also have busy holiday schedules. We want to wrap this up as quickly and
efficiently as possible.
