1. Student should click on “Grants & Scholarships”
2. Select “Tuition Assistance Program (TAP)”
3. Click on “Apply for TAP Now”
4. Click on “Apply now”
5. If you are a first time applicant, click on “First time users click here to register with
HESC”
6. Click “Next”
7. Complete and submit your information.
After completing the “Create an Account” form, you will be asked if you would like to complete
the TAP application.
