Hayward Industries, Inc. Acquires Kripsol Group
ELIZABETH, NJ (July 25, 2016) – Hayward Industries, Inc., a leading global
manufacturer and marketer of residential and commercial pool equipment, has
announced it has acquired Kripsol Group, headquartered in Yuncos, Spain.
“We’ve had a long standing relationship with Kripsol and are delighted to add their
portfolio of products and management talent to Hayward. This combination also fulfills
our strategy of manufacturing close to our customers,” said Clark Hale, President of
Hayward Industries.
Founded in 1988 in Madrid, Spain, Kripsol markets its products around the world under
the Kripsol and Fiberpool brands. Kripsol manufactures a broad line of products
including pumps, filters, ladders, lights, salt chlorinators, and controls. Miguel Garcia
Sánchez, General Manager of Kripsolexpressed his enthusiasm for the transaction,
