Company Overview
Suzhou Viza Valve Co., Ltd. (refer to VIZA Valves) is
the leading manufacturer of industrial valves in
China. VIZA Valves has been in valves line for more
than 15 years. From the first beginning, VIZA Valves
is an export-oriented manufacturer, producing valves
completely as per international standards and selling
them well in world markets. Today the products are
100% exported and most of them come to Western
European countries, North America, Middle East of
Asia, Australia and etc.
VIZA Valves has four factories, all are specialized in
manufacturing different valves products, such as
Cast Steel Gate, Globe and Check Valves; Floating &
Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves; Centric Disc type &
High Performance Butterfly Valves; Resilient Seat
Gate Valves & Metal Seat Cast Iron Valves. All
products conform to standards as API, ANSI, ASTM,
NACE, ISO, EN, BS, DIN, UNI, MSS SP, AWWA, JIS,
etc. and are widely used for Oil & Gas, Refinery,
Chemical and Petrochemical, Power Generation,
Water and Waste Water Treatment industries.
Anhui Hexian Jianghong Valve Co., Ltd. (Auhui Hexian Viza Valve Manufacturing Co, Ltd.)
is one of our Viza factories, with main products for Resilient Seat Gate Valves, size from
DN40 to DN600, class from PN10 to PN16, design in accordance with DIN 3202 F4 & F5,
BS5163 & BS5150, AWWA C509, SABS and etc. Metal Seat Cast Iron Gate, Globe, Check
Valves and Y type Strainers are also available. The factory has strict quality assurance
system and is certified by ISO9001: 2000 and PED/CE. Our aim is to produce “Zero
Defect” and “Long Reliable Service Life” valves to minimum the “Total Ownership Costs”.
With all Viza factories, VIZA Valves can supply the customers not only commodity valves
with high quality at competitive pricing, but also full package project valves with technical
solutions and value added service.
Design Feature
Valve is supplied with handwheel or
bareshaft with square cap.
A stem dust guard is fitted.
Type 1: for BS & AWWA design
valves. O-rings are on sealing
ring. This design permits the
easy replacement of stem seals
while valve is in service.
The stem water
tightness is achieved
with two o-rings and a
holding ring.
Stainless steel bonnet
bolts are plastic sealed.
Type 2: for DIN design
valves. O-rings are on
stem.
Body is internally and
externally coated with
Epoxy or Rilsan by electro
fusion coating.
Wedge is in ductile iron with EPDM or
NBR coated. Wedge is with central
guides to avoid rubber friction when
operating the valve.

Full and straight bore avoids turbulence,
pressure loss and Venturi effect.
