Stackable Insulated
Concrete Wall System
Patented after over 20 years in development
our hybrid insulated concrete wall system can
be used for residential and commercial building
construction as well as safe rooms, storm shelters, walls and fences.
Our Blocks are the newest most exciting product to hit the housing market in years. The outside walls of a average size single story house
can be erected by a trained crew in one week,
or we can train you to do it yourself.
Why build with lumber when you can have very
strong, energy efficient walls that are low
maintenance for the same price as stick built.
You get a premium stone look for the cost of
2X6s and siding. The average cost to install
synthetic stone veneer siding in our area is
$6.29 per square foot higher than the cost of
our blocks installed on your foundation or slab.

Our standard size block is 7 inches of concrete with 4 inches of EPS foam insulation
(R19.2) with attachment strips for interior
drywall or paneling.
We custom manufacture the blocks for
each project. The outside of your blocks
can be stamped with your choice of pattern
to be stained in place after being erected,
or be grooved to accept stucco,.
Grout chanel between block gaces.
Walls are constructed by gluing blocks together and anchoring them to the foundation with threaded rebar on 16” centers.
The rebar extends thru the top plate and
the wall can withstand a 211+ MPH wind.
Blocks can be manufactured with 7 to 12
inches of solid concrete or with 7 to 11
inches of concrete and from 1 to 5 inches
of foam insulation.
