SAFEFILL™ Transfer Regulator
Transfill safe and easy with CDI’s SAFEfill™ gas transfer
regulation system. Hook up supply bank gases up to
6000PSI and transfill into one or two cylinders preset at
3000PSI and 4500PSI safely and unsupervised by the
swing of a lever. When cylinders reach capacity, gas
supply ceases. Swing the lever and the fill line automatically
bleeds for easy disconnection of the filled cylinders. These
regulators are becoming popular in the fire, rescue and
paint ball industries where composite cylinders are used
frequently. SPECIFICATIONS: • 6000PSI maximum inlet
pressure • Factory set 3200PSI and 4800PSI fill pressures (custom pressures available) • 2.5” Liquid filled
supply/bank gauge, 2” fill guages • 1/4” M.NPT bank
inlet, 1/4” F.NPT fill hose outlets • Custom PSI available.

Piston Regulators
High quality piston regulators are perfect for many
applications to lower cylinder pressure to a non adjustable
static pressure of 80-150 psi. Regulators are machined
from brass bar stock and offer and economical solution for
high, steady flow. 1/4” F.NPT inlet connection allows easy
connection to scuba yokes and CGA fittings for custom
applications. Designed for 3000PSI max working pressure.
(Not for oxygen service)

GT Series, Stainless Steel Construction
The GT Series is a premier piston regulator manufactured
from stainless steel for durability. The internal bleed down
feature of this regulator allows the operator to adjust the
regulator downward allowing low side pressure to automatically release. 1/4” F.NPT inlet connection allows easy
connection to scuba yokes and CGA fittings for custom
applications. Gauges are not included. Designed for
5000PSI.
