Heroes Behind the Badge
T
he St. Louis screening of “Heroes Behind the Badge” on January 16th was a great success! The theatre was
full of police officers and their families from all over the St. Louis area. SLMPD was well represented with
an Honor Guard, Department Chaplain Brother Fava, who gave the invocation, and Department cars included in
the vehicle display! Thank you to all who supported this amazing film.
Officer Daryl Hall, a SLMPD Officer who died when he
confronted a gunman off-duty in April of 2011, was honored
in a video montage in the film and in the end credits. Proud
moment!
