Druids Glen is created around the historic Woodstock Demesne, whose estate house is home to the golf club which housed the “Irish Open” in 1996 and 1999; the second course, Druids Heath, being headquartered from the hotel and leisure centre where facilities are top rate. To complement the hotel, a fine development of luxury town houses and apartments beside two linked manmade lakes was the logical precursor to develop a select number of executive detached luxury residences each on large plots, between the Druids Glen and Druids Heath courses.
