the GFF program will bring you even greater benefits and
privileges each time we take you to the sky.
The mileage you earn in your Garuda Indonesia flights or any
transaction with GFF Partner can be exchanged for a free Award
Ticket or an Upgrade Award, which you can also share with
relatives or colleagues.
GFF membership also entitles you to an array of exclusive
privileges, such as extra baggage allowance, priority wait-list on
reservations or access to Garuda Indonesia Airport Lounge,
making your journey with Garuda Indonesia even more enjoyable.

need to make your GFF membership gives maximum benefit for

appreciation of their loyal customers, where customers who participate in
the program can earn miles from their flights, which can then be
exchanged for free flights. In addition to the chance to earn miles, most
frequent flyer programs also offer a variety of special benefits and

Garuda Frequent Flyer
In appreciation of its valued and loyal customers, Garuda Indonesia
undertakes a frequent flyer program, known as the Garuda Frequent Flyer
(GFF). As a GFF member, each time you travel with Garuda Indonesia or
make any transaction with GFF Partner is also a chance for accumulating
miles, which can be redeemed later for an Award Ticket or Upgrade Award
on Garuda Indonesia Flight or any GFF Airline Partner. Better still, you can
give the Award Ticket or Upgrade Award to our family members or
colleagues. In addition, a GFF membership also gives you the
convenience of the enjoying exclusive privileges according to your
membership level, such as special check-in counters, extra baggage
allowance and access to Garuda Indonesia Airport Lounge.
Enrollment
You can join in one of the four membership types in the GFF program,
namely GFF Regular GFF Junior, Executive Card Plus (EC Plus) and
Garuda Indonesia Citibank Card (GIC Card) membership. Each with its
own enrollment requirements and method as follows:
1. GFF Regular
Requirements:
• Age 12 and up.
• Residing in Indonesia, or outside Indonesia where the GFF
program is applicable.
• No membership fee.
How to register:
• Online registration at gff.garuda-indonesia.com.
• Fill-out the application form available at:
- Garuda Indonesia Sales Office, Domestic and International.
- GFF Membership Service, Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Jakarta
- Garuda Inflight Magazine.
• Through GFF Partners.
• Through other enrollment programs managed by Garuda
Indonesia and/or GFF Partners.
B. How the GFF Program Works

2. GFF Junior
Requirements:
• Age between 2 and 11.
• Residing in Indonesia, or outside of Indonesia where the GFF
program is applicable.
• No membership fee.
• Having a parent or legal guardian whose name is registered in
the GFF database.
How to register:
You can register by completing the application form available at:
• Garuda Indonesia Sales Office, Domestic and International.
• GFF Membership Service, Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Jakarta.
• Garuda In-flight Magazine.
• Through other enrollment program managed by Garuda
Indonesia and / or GFF Partner
3. Executive Card Plus (EC Plus)
An EC Plus membership provides the same benefits enjoyed by a
GFF Gold member, plus an additional benefit of an insurance
coverage.
Requirements:
• Age 17 and up.
• Residing in Indonesia.
• Payment of a joining fee of Rp1.500.000,-.
• Payment of an annual fee for membership renewal of
Rp1.500.000,- or Rp500.000,- depending on the flight
activities during the previous membership year.

• EC Plus members who wish to re-join the EC Plus program after
termination of membership will be charged Rp1.500.000,-.
Earning Miles
There are two kinds of mileage awards in the GFF program:

• Complete the EC Plus application form, available at :
- Garuda Indonesia Sales Office, Domestic and International.
- GFF Membership Service, Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Jakarta.
• Attach a copy of ID (KTP, Passport or other ID).
4. Garuda Indonesia Citibank Card (GIC Card)
A GIC Card combines a GFF membership and a Citibank credit card
membership.
Requirements:
• Age 21 – 65.
• Residing in Indonesia.
• Payment of Annual Fee of Rp600.000,-.
• Complying with other terms & conditions for credit card
application as determined by Citibank.
How to register:
• Online registration at www.citibank.co.id.
• Fill-out the GIC Card application form available at Citibank
outlets.
• Contact Citiphone Banking services.
• Via SMS (Short Message Service) to 69999.
• Through other programs managed by Citibank and Garuda
Indonesia.
Receiving Card
When you apply for a GFF membership, you will be provided with a GFF
card number. Use this card number when making flight reservation and at
the check-in counter of your Garuda Indonesia flight or Garuda Indonesia
Airline Partner. Enjoy your GFF Blue membership after we received and
confirmed it. Your GFF Blue card membership will be printed as soon as
your first activity with the GFF number has been recorded in the GFF
database. It may take at least 2 (two) weeks for processing and mailing
before you receive your GFF card.

AWARD MILES,
represent the mileage earned each time GFF member fly with Garuda
Indonesia on eligible flight or with GFF Airline Partner including
mileage bonus, or mileage earned in a transaction with other GFF
Partners. Award Miles can be redeemed for an Award Ticket, Upgrade
Award or other awards on Garuda Indonesia or GFF Partner.
TIER MILES,
represent the mileage earned each time you fly with Garuda Indonesia
or GFF Airline Partner on eligible flights, and are used to determine the
level of your GFF membership. Tier Miles are accumulated from 1
January to 31 December at the same year and it is re-set to zero on 1
January of the following year.
How to Earn Award Miles
• Award Miles are earned from flight or non flight activities, such as:
- Fly on Garuda Indonesia eligible flights.
- Fly on GFF Airlines Partner.
• Making a purchase at Garuda Shop (Sales on Board)
• Transaction with GFF Partner; staying at hotel and make telephone
roaming.
• Transfer Point Reward from GFF Bank Partner .
• Payment for purchase using the Garuda Indonesia Citibank Card.
To ensure that your mileage is properly recorded, please
observe the following :
• Provide your name and GFF membership
number as listed on your GFF membership card
when making flight reservations.
• Present your GFF membership card at the time
of check-in or when making transactions with
GFF Partners.

Redeeming Miles
How to Monitor Your Mileage
You may check mileage recorded in your GFF membership data using
several way, such as:
1. Access the GFF website gff.garuda-indonesia.com anywhere and at
any time.
2. Check the quarterly Mileage Statement sent to member..
3. Call Garuda Indonesia Call Center at 0 804 1 807 807, 24 hour
from anywhere in Indonesia.
How to Claim Missing Mileage
We would process your missing mileage claim in 1-2 weeks after the
flight date or the date of other transactions.
You could make a claim for missing mileage at anytime up to 6 (six)
months after the date of your flight or transaction. Please complete the
Missing Mileage Form available online at gff.garuda-indonesia.com or
at Garuda Indonesia Sales Office, and attach the following supporting
documents:
1. A copy of the passenger ticket coupon or itinerary receipt e-ticket
and the original boarding pass (for a flight activity).
2. A copy of the payment receipt from GFF Partner (for non-flight
activity such as staying at hotel or making purchase at Garuda
Shop).
The main benefit of GFF membership is you will get a chance to collect
Award Miles which are redeemable for Award Ticket and Upgrade
Award, not only for yourself but also for your family and your
colleagues. The Award Miles redemption into Award Ticket and Award
Upgrade applies to flights of Garuda Indonesia and / or Code Share
Flights where Garuda Indonesia act as the Operating Party and / or
other GFF Airline Partner.
On weekends, school vacations or national holidays,
reservation by air travelers usually
exceed the capacity of the available flight seats. For your
convenience, please book your
Award Ticket or Upgrade Award flight far in advance of
your planned departure date. Alternatively, you could
choose to use your Award Ticket or Upgrade Award
when not in peak season.
Please forward the completed form and attached documents to
Garuda Indonesia Sales Office or GFF Center.
Claim submits more than 6 months after date of transaction can not be
processed.
How to Redeem Award Miles for Award Ticket
Choose your desired flight destination and departure date.
Make sure that you have enough Award Miles in your account for your
intended destination.
Contact Garuda Indonesia Call Center on 804 1 807 807 (from
Indonesia) or Garuda Indonesia Sales Office to reserve your flight.
Keep related documents such as boarding pass and
ticket (passenger ticket coupon or itinerary receipt
e-ticket), or proof of transaction at GFF Partner until
all you mileage is properly recorded in your GFF
account. Those documents will be very important
when you submit for mileage claim.

Purchase an Economy class ticket for your desired destination and
departure date.

Make sure that you have enough Award Miles in your account for
upgrade to an Executive class on your intended flight.
Contact Garuda Indonesia Call Center on 0 804 1 807 807 (from
Indonesia) or Garuda Indonesia Sales Office to reserve your flight.
• Your membership level will be evaluated for an upgrade at any time within activity period
based on qualification table above. GFF member will get new membership tier card when the
upgrade level requirements have been met. New membership period is started at the
time of upgrade and valid until February, between 12 to 23 months.
• You membership level will be evaluated for a renewal on the same level and a downgrade
at the end of the activity period at 31 December yearly based on qualification below:
Complete the Upgrade Award Form available at gff.garudaindonesia.com or at any Garuda Indonesia Sales Office.
Submit the completed form, along with the original Economy class
ticket, your GFF membership card and a copy of your ID (KTP, passport
or other ID) to Garuda Indonesia Sales Office.

Qualification
GFF Members who maintain their GFF Platinum Membership
for 10 (ten) consecutive years will get a GFF Lifetime
Platinum membership status.

If the renewal qualification membership tier achieved, GFF member will maintain
membership in the current tier level. New card will be sent for the next 1 year membership
period (March – February following year).
If the renewal qualification membership tier are not achieved, membership tier of GFF
member will be automatically downgraded. GFF Platinum will become GFF Gold, while GFF
Gold will become GFF Silver, and GFF Silver will become GFF Blue. New card will be sent
for the next 1 year membership period (March – February following year).
At the beginning of each year, the Tier Miles and
flight frequency will be re-set to zero,. Starting 01
January, 2011, your Award Miles will valid for 3
years from date of transaction, then your mileage
cannot be used anymore. Therefore immediately
redeem your Mileage for Award Ticket, Upgrade
Award, or other Award before mileage expired.

It is important to understand that your GFF
membership level can change from year to year,
depending on your flight activity in each activity
period.
For GFF Blue membership, if there is no activity
during 1 activity period, then your membership will
maintain at Blue level, while the remaining award
miles and frequencies will be deleted.

multiply the value by two.
• The calculation for earning miles is based on Basic Miles value, flight class, ticket fare, and
membership tier.
• Reservation on V, H, S, G, E, Z, U, X & O class does not qualify to earn miles, while for V, H, S
and G class only valid for frequency.
• Route and Basic Miles values are subject to change anytime without prior notice.
The GFF program allows you to accumulate Award Miles from each
flight activity by earning Tier Miles and Tier Bonus.
Tier Bonus Miles:
As a tribute to GFF Gold, EC Plus and GFF Platinum member, , they will
be rewarded 25% tier bonus miles, so they can collect the Award Miles
faster.
Tier Miles Percentage:
The higher the grade and the class flight reservations that you choose,
then the higher mileage you will earn.
Tier Bonus Miles and Tier Miles Percentage calculated on the Basic
Miles numbers in Earning Miles Table.

Earning Mileage from the flight activity on GFF Airline Partner is
applicable on GFF Airline Partner Eligible Flight where the amount is

Active GFF Member
GFF members who are registered and do Mileage Earning or Mileage Spending
activity.
Activity
Mileage earning or spending in both in-flight or non-flight acitivity.
Activity Period
Duration GFF member activity begins from the date of January 1 to December 31
in the same year. Activity Period for EC Plus is valid for 12 (twelve) months from
the date of the application for registration approval or the membership renewal
date. Membership levels are determined by all the transactions during one period
of activity.
Award Miles
The amount of mileage earned every time you fly on eligible flight and/or transact
with GFF Partner. Calculation of Award Miles from the flight activity is Tier Miles
plus Tier Bonus Miles and other miles. Award Miles can be exchanged with the
Award Ticket or Upgrade Award or other Award. Since January 1st, 2011 Award
Miles will be valid for 3 years from the transaction and will be expired thereafter.
All unused Award Miles will be expired if GFF Blue member does not perform the
activity during 1 activity period.
Award Ticket
A free ticket that can be claimed by redeeming Award Miles, and which can be
used by the respective GFF member or given to another person.
Basic Miles
The amount of miles used as a basis for earning mileage calculation.
Change Schedule
The change to an Award Ticket or Upgrade Award involving a change of the
scheduled flight date and flight number. Change schedule is not applicable to a
change of flight route, flight class or the name on the Award Ticket.
Code Share Flight
Flight cooperation between Garuda Indonesia and another airline in which one of
the airline act as Operating Party and the other act as Marketing Party.
Eligible Flight
Flights qualified to earn miles and flight frequency including flight with GFF Airline
Partner. It does not apply for flights on E, U, X, O, Z class, sponsorship tickets,
employee tickets, airline and travel agent discount tickets, free tickets, award
tickets, discount tickets, Citilink flights, Chartered flights, Hajj flights organized by
Government, Code Share Flights where Garuda Indonesia is not the Operating
Party and the Code Share Flight doesn't involve GFF Airline Partner, and / or
other flights as may be determined later by Garuda Indonesia. V and H class are
qualified only for flight frequency but not for earning miles (0 miles).
Earning Mileage
Mileage can be earned from a flight activity on eligible flights as well as from a
non-flight transaction with GFF partners.

Glossary of Terms
GFF Lifetime Platinum
GFF Lifetime Platinum is a GFF Platinum membership which doesn't have expiry
period. GFF Lifetime Platinum member get a Platinum membership for a lifetime
without going through the evaluation process as GFF regular member.
Stop Over
A scheduled stop in a travel itinerary at some point between the point of
departure and destination. A stop over occurs when a passenger stops at an
airport for longer than 24 (twenty four) hours, or stops within the same day but
goes out of the airport area.
GFF Mileage / Mileage
Unit for the accumulated of reward or appreciation to the GFF Member which
earned from flight or non-flights transactions which is determined at the
discretion of Garuda Indonesia.
GFF Regular
GFF membership which consist of GFF Blue, GFF Silver, GFF Gold and GFF
Platinum
Inactive GFF Member
GFF members who are deemed to be inactive. Membership of Inactive GFF
Members will be rescinded if no activity is recorded for 36 consecutive months.
Itinerary
The e-ticket receipt issued by Garuda Indonesia to a passenger, containing the
passenger name, flight information and terms of the ticket.
Marketing Party
Party which responsible to sell airline ticket in a Code Share Flight cooperation.
Tier Bonus Miles
A bonus mileage given on the basis of membership tier status according to the
Mileage Calculation table. Tier Bonus mileage will be added to Tier Miles to
become Award Miles.
Tier Miles
Mileage earned on each eligible flight activity and used to determine GFF
membership tier level. Tier Miles are accumulated from 1 January until 31
December of a given year. On 1 January of the following year, the Tier Miles
balance is reset to zero.
Tier Miles Percentage
A percentage of Basic Miles for the calculation of Tier Miles, which depends on
the ticket fare or flight class according to the Mileage Calculation Table.
Upgrade Award
A facility that can be claimed by redeeming Award Miles for a flight class upgrade
from an Economy class to an Executive class, which can be used by the
respective GFF member or given to another person.
Membership Tier
The tier or level of a regular GFF membership (Blue, Silver, Gold or Platinum),
given on the basis of Tier Miles earned or flight frequency made on eligible flights
within the last membership year.
Membership Period
GFF membership period starts from the months of obtaining a level of
membership until the end of February. Periods of membership varies between 12
to 23 months.
Missing Mileage
Mileage that is not recorded on the GFF membership.
Open Date Ticket
A ticket issued without a departure date and time and flight number. An Award
Ticket or Upgrade Award cannot be issued with an open date status.
Operating Party
The party that operates the aircraft on a code share flight.
Origin-Destination
The route segment or sector that has been flown or will be flown from the
departure point to the destination point.
Passenger Ticket Coupon
The last page on the manual ticket issued by Garuda Indonesia and kept by the
passenger, containing detailed information of the flight.
Redeposit
The process of re-depositing GFF mileage into a member's account after
redeeming for an Award Ticket or Upgrade Award.
Spending Award Miles
The process of redeeming Award Miles for Garuda Indonesia Award Ticket or
Upgrade Award.

Terms and Conditions
I.

General Conditions
1. GFF membership is issued to individuals, and each member hold a
single GFF account
2. GFF membership is open to Indonesian citizens and / or foreign
nationalities age 2 (two) and above, domiciled in Indonesia, or outside
Indonesia where the GFF program is applicable, according to the
conditions of enrollment.
3. Garuda Indonesia reserves the sole right to interpret and and apply the
policies and procedures outlined in this Membership Guide. GFF
members are bound by Garuda Indonesia regulations as set forth in this
Membership Guide. GFF members are bound by Garuda Indonesia
regulations as set forth in this Membership Guide
4. Facilities received by GFF members are non-tradable and non
transferable.
5. Garuda Indonesia reserves the right to use personal information and
data provided by GFF members to Garuda Indonesia for its own
operational and marketing purposes, as well as in the interest of
cooperation with Garuda Indonesia partners.
6. The GFF Membership Card can only be used by the person whose
name appears on the card, for purposes related to his/her GFF
membership. The usage of this card is subject to GFF term ansd
condition which may be changed from time to time. This GFF
membership card is property of Garuda Indonesia.
7. A person is entitled to a single GFF membership number only. If there is
more than one GFF membership number to a person's name, only one
number will be accepted as valid. The Mileage recorded in all the other
cards will be merged to the valid card.
8. All GFF privileges and benefits, including extra baggage allowance,
access to airport lounge, and executive check-in counters, priority
stand-by, priority boarding, and other benefit will be determined by
Garuda Indonesia are valid only for Garuda Indonesia flights, and can
be obtained by presenting a valid GFF Membership Card and Garuda
Indonesia ticket to the Garuda Indonesia staff in charge prior to using
the facilities.
9. All GFF privileges and benefits are not applicable to Citilink flights,
charter flights, Government-organized Hajj flights, Code Share Flights
where Garuda Indonesia is not the Operating Party, and also not valid
for other arlines which are not GFF Airline Partners.
10. All provisions contained in this Membership Guide are subject to and
are to be interpreted in accordance with prevailing laws in Indonesia.
11. In the event of any discrepancy between the GFF provisions in the
Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian language text shall
prevail.
12. In the event of any discrepancy between the GFF provisions in the
English and any other foreign language versions, the English language
text shall prevail
13. In the event that any provision in this Membership Guide is found to be
in conflict with the prevailing laws, this will not affect the validity of the
other provisions in this Membership Guide that are not in conflict with
prevailing laws.
14. Garuda Indonesia Center reserves the right to perform an audit on GFF
member data at any time without consent of the member. In the event
of data discrepancy, the process for Award Ticket and Upgrade Award
will be suspended pending a resolution by Garuda Indonesia.
Terms and Conditions
15. Garuda Indonesia has the authority to act in accordance with prevailing
laws against any violation of GFF membership rules and regulations.
16. Garuda Indonesia is not responsible for any risk arising from the misuse
of GFF membership including but not limited to the misuse of GFF
Membership Card, GFF member privileges and benefits, and / or GFF
member mileage data.
17. Every decision made by Garuda Indonesia related to GFF membership
is final and non-disputable.
18. Marketing programs or any other programs conducted by Garuda
Indonesia are applicable only to GFF members as specified in the
respective programs.
19. Garuda Indonesia is not responsible for any products or services that
are provided or offered by GFF Partner.
20. Facilities and privileges of GFF membership is also given to the
members of GFF when using a GFF Airline Partner flight, according to
the terms and conditions made by Garuda Indonesia and the respective
GFF Airlines Partner.
21. GFF Mileage and / or Award Miles have no cash value and cannot be
cashed.
22. Any disputes arise between Garuda Indonesia and GFF member will be
resolved through deliberation to achieve consensus. If there is no
consensus then the resolution will be conveyed to the District Court of
Central Jakarta, Indonesia.
23. Indemnity provided by the Garuda Indonesia over any dispute, which
was won by GFF members, will be given in the form of a certain
amount of GFF mileage.
II.
Enrollment
1. GFF membership enrollment can be done through GFF website at
gff.garuda-indonesia.com or fill out an application form or by register in
other means as determined by Garuda Indonesia from time to time.
Applicants will get a GFF membership number which can be directly
used to gain mileage and the facility of GFF Blue if they meet the GFF
membership requirements.
2. GFF members Mileage started to be given after the first flight on the
eligible flight or transactions with GFF Partner recorded in the GFF
membership data and the membership applications are processed by
GFF Center.
3. Welcome Bonus Mileage will be awarded after the first eligible flight
activity was recorded in the GFF membership data.
4. GFF Membership Card will be printed after first activity recorded in GFF
membership data.
5. Member's name as written at the time of registration will appear on the
GFF Membership Card and the GFF database. The name should be
identical to the name on member's ID (KTP, Passport or other ID).
6. Garuda Indonesia reserves the right to refuse a membership application
that is either incomplete or does not comply with the established
requirements without notification.
III.
GFF Membership Information
1. GFF members will earn Mileage Statement periodically through the
media established by Garuda Indonesia. Garuda Indonesia has the right

9. Criteria for evaluation as in Art. 4.8:
GFF Blue Member
Renewal: GFF Blue member who has at least 1 (one) Activity in 36
months will be re-qualify as Blue member.
GFF Blue member who did not have Activity in 1 (one) activity period,
remaining mileage and flight frequency will be deleted (mileage expired).
2. Beside through on-line at GFF website, GFF Members may also
obtain their membership information through Garuda Indonesia Call
Center, Garuda Indonesia Sales Office, or GFF Center.
IV.

Membership Tiers and Evaluation
1. GFF member tier status depends on the Tier Miles accrued or number
of one-way flights (sectors) taken on eligible flight activities within 1 last
GFF activity period.
2. Garuda Indonesia has the right to upgrade, maintain or downgrade a
GFF member tier status at its sole discretion in accordance with
prevailing rules and regulations. Only Tier Miles or flight frequency
accumulated in each respective activity period are considered in
evaluating a membership tier status and are not carried forward to the
next activity period.
3. A Blue membership status may be upgraded to a Silver status at any
time during 1 activity period on the accumulation 10.000 (ten
thousands) tier miles or 10 (ten) one-way flights on eligible flight.
4. A Silver membership status may be upgraded to a Gold status at any
time during 1 activity period on the accumulation 30.000 (thirthy
thousands) tier miles or 30 (thirty) one-way flights on eligible flight
5 A Gold membership status may be upgraded to a Platinum status at
any time during 1 activity period on the accumulation 65.000 (sixty five
thousands) tier miles or 65 (sixty five) one-way flights on eligible flight
6. GFF Lifetime Platinum doesn't have expiry period. Terms and condition
GFF Lifetime Platinum are as follow :
a. To get GFF Lifetime Platinum membership status, GFF member
needs to maintain his/her GFF Platinum membership for 10 (ten)
consecutive years in accordance with the applicable renewal
qualification. GFF Platinum membership will be given on the 10th
renewal.
b. GFF Lifetime Platinum membership cannot be given if the following
things occur within the period of 10 (ten) consecutive years:
i. GFF Platinum member change it's membership type (example :
GFF Platinum Regular converted to Garuda Indonesia Citibank
Card (GIC Card)) and/or
ii. GFF Platinum member change it's membership level (example :
GFF Platinum downgraded to GFF Gold)
c. Calculation period to obtain the GFF Lifetime Platinum membership
started from 2005
d. Mileage earned by GFF Lifetime Platinum member is subject to the
applicable regulation of mileage expiry
e. There will be no changes in the membership card number
f. All benefits of GFF Platinum membership will be obtained for a
lifetime.
7. The upgraded status will be valid throughout the membership period
between 12-23 months, hat is the remaining period of current GFF
membership year and the next membership year.
8. The evaluation for remaining current membership status, or
downgrading to a lower status is carried out at the end of each
membership period, and involves:
a. Renewal of Blue status.
b. Renewal of Silver status, or downgrading to Blue status
c. Renewal of Gold status, or downgrading to Silver status
d. Renewal of Platinum status, or downgrading to Gold
GFF Silver Member
Renewal: A GFF Silver member who has accumulated at least 10,000
(ten thousand) Tier Miles or 10 (ten) one-way flights eligible flight
within the activity period will re-qualify as a Silver member.
A GFF Silver member who did not achieve 10,000 (ten thousand) Tier
Miles or 10 (ten) one-way flights within the activity period, will be
downgraded to a Blue status.
GFF Gold Member
Renewal: A GFF Gold member who has accumulated at least 25,000
(twenty five thousands) Tier Miles or 25 (twenty five) one-way flights
eligible flight within the activity period will re-qualify as a Gold member.
A GFF Gold member who did not achieve 25,000 (twenty five
thousands) Tier Miles or 25 (twenty five) one-way flights within the
activity period, will be downgraded to a Silver status.
GFF Platinum Member
Renewal: A GFF Platinum member who has accumulated at least
55,000 (fifty five thousands) Tier Miles or 55 (fifty five) one-way flights
eligible flight within the activity period will re-qualify as a Platinum
member.
A GFF Platinum member who did not achieve 55,000 (fifty five
thousands) Tier Miles or 55 (fifty five) one-way flights within the activity
period, will be downgraded to a Gold status.
GFF Lifetime Platinum Member
GFF Lifetime Platinum membership status is applicable for a lifetime
and cannot be downgraded, unless the policy is changed in accordance
with Garuda Indonesia terms and conditions.
V.
GFF Membership Termination
1. A GFF membership may also be terminated at anytime and without
notification in the following conditions:
a. Incorrect data at registration
b. Misuse in mileage accrual and redemption
c. Acting in violation of GFF rules and other regulations related to a
GFF membership
d. Involved in acts that damage the reputation of Garuda Indonesia or
the public trust towards Garuda Indonesia
e. Misuse of the Temporary GFF Number or permanent GFF
Membership Card.
f. GFF member relocated to a correspondence address in a
country/area where GFF program is not applicable.
g. Resignation of member through a letter of resignation
h. Members who did not do the activity with Garuda Indonesia or GFF
Partner for 36 consecutive months.
i. New GFF members who do not have any activity for 18 consecutive
months since the registration accepted

2. Any unused Award Miles in the account of GFF member whose
membership is terminated as referred to this Term & Condition will be
nullified and are not redeemable.
3. The mileage account, any award that has been granted, claim
application, and application for other GFF programs by a GFF member
whose membership is terminated as in Art. 5.2 shall be cancelled.
VI.
Earning Miles from Flight Activities
1. In order to earn and accumulate mileage, a person should be
registered as a GFF member.
2. Mileage may only be credited once for each activity, and earned in one
frequent flyer program only.
3. Mileage accrual will be based on a mechanism established by Garuda
Indonesia.
4. Mileage will be accumulated based on flight activities of eligible flight
and non-flight activities with GFF Partners.
5. Mileage is earned based on booking class or fare type as indicated on
the ticket. Mileage is not earned on certain conditions including but not
limited to, upgrades to a higher booking class due to flight operational
considerations, and / or in the event of a discrepancy between the
booking class as appear on the ticket and on the boarding pass.
6. Mileage may only be earned on 'eligible flight', that is, Garuda Indonesia
flights on tickets with booking class C, D, I, Y, B, M, Q, T, N, K or other
classes as will be determined later by Garuda Indonesia including flight
with GFF Airline Partner in classes determined by Garuda Indonesia and
GFF Airline Partner. Mileage will be not given for booking class V, H,
E, U, X, O, Z, sponsorship tickets, employee tickets, discount tickets by
airlines and travel agents, free tickets, reward tickets, discount flights,
Citilink flights, charter flights, Hajj flights except ONH Plus flights, code
share flights where Garuda Indonesia is not the Operating Party and
the Code Share Flight doesn't involve GFF Airline Partner,, and certain
other booking class and / or flight as will be determined later by Garuda
Indonesia.
7. Mileage from a Garuda Indonesia flight activity on eligible flights or GFF
Airline Partner will be recorded on the GFF membership data if the
flight number and name recorded in GFF membership data are
accordance with the GFF membership data.
8. Mileage will not be granted if the purchased ticket or service is not used
for eligible flight or has expired.
9. In Code Share Flight, GFF member will only get Tier Bonus Miles if
Garuda Indonesia act as Operating Party, and the Marketing Party is
not GFF Airline Partner.
10. In certain cases where GFF members are transferred by Garuda
Indonesia to other airlines which has available seat, mileage will still be
granted, except for unforeseeable cancellation due to situations that
are beyond the control of Garuda Indonesia (Force Majeure), including
but not limited to airport closure for any reason whatsoever, war,
government restriction, mass riots, strikes, epidemics, fires, floods,
storms, which renders flight operations impossible.
11. In the event of a discrepancy between a mileage earned and the
amount as credited to the GFF member account, Garuda Indonesia
retains the right to determine the correct mileage.
12. Mileage earned by a GFF member cannot be added or transferred to
the account of another GFF member.
Terms and Conditions
13. Mileage earned through falsification, submission of incorrect data, or in
violation of GFF Terms and Conditions, will be suspended, and in such
cases Garuda Indonesia has the authority to terminate the GFF
membership and take any necessary legal action.
14. Since January 1, 2011, mileage which earned from the activities of
aviation and non-aviation flights are not valid anymore (charred) after
36 months, if during the period of validity the mileage is not be
exchanged into an Award Ticket, Upgrade Award or other Award. All of
the mileage which earned from the activities prior to January 1, 2011
will be considered as an activity on January 1, 2011
15. Mileage validity period can be extended for 12 months from the date
of the validity period extension that has been done. Extension of validity
period can only be done once and must be done before the mileage
was charred and had to follow other terms and conditions set forth
later by Garuda Indonesia.
16. Redeposit Award Miles which expired either partly or wholly will be
burned or the validity period can be extended in accordance with the
terms defined later by Garuda Indonesia
VII. Earning Miles from Non Flight Activities
1. Mileage earned from the use of products and services of GFF Partners
is subject to the respective agreements between Garuda Indonesia and
GFF Partner.
2. Mileage obtained from GFF Partner transaction will be recorded in the
GFF membership data within a minimum of 1 (one) week. If there is
any mileage that not listed, GFF members can contact or make a claim
directly to the GFF Partner where the transactions are made or claim
through GFF Center, according to the Agreement between Garuda
Indonesia and the GFF Partner.
3. Through GFF Buy Mileage Program, GFF member will be able to obtain
additional mileage by purchasing certain amount of mileage in
accordance with the following rules:
a. Price per 1000 miles is Rp. 275.000,- or US$ 30
b. Minimum mileage purchase per transaction is 1000 miles and
maximum mileage purchase in a calendar year is 50,000 miles
c. Mileage purchase made in increment of 1000 miles
d. Mileage purchased are non-transferable and non-refundable
e. Mileage purchased not count as tier miles or qualification for any
increased level in GFF program
f. Buy Mileage Program is only eligible for active GFF member
g. The price above is including VAT
h. Mileage earned from GFF Buy Mileage Program is subject to the
applicable regulation of mileage expiry
i. Price subject to change at anytime
VIII. Missing Mileage Claims
1. Mileage which is not recorded (Missing Mileage) on Garuda Indonesia
or GFF Airline Partner eligible flight can be claimed within 6 (six)
months at the latest from the day of flight departure, accompanied with
the necessary claim documents such as the completed Missing Mileage
Form, original Boarding Pass and Passenger Ticket Coupon or Itinerary
Receipt (for e-Ticket).
2. Mileage earned on a missing mileage claim is based on class of travel
and fare as indicated on the ticket used by GFF member

3. A missing mileage claim will be processed within 1 (one) week
minimum for flight activity in Garuda Indonesia and minimum 2 (two)
weeks for flight activity in GFF Airline Partner, from the time the
completed claim documents are received by Garuda Indonesia.

Mileage Redemption for Flight Activity
1. GFF member can spend his/her mileage with Award Ticket and
Upgrade Award on Garuda Indonesia flight. GFF member can also
spend his/her mileage with Award Ticket on GFF Airline Partner in
accordance with the applicable terms and conditions which determined
by Garuda Indonesia and GFF Airline Partner.
2. Mileage Redemption into Ticket Award will be valid for 12 (twelve)
months from the date of Award Ticket issue and cannot be extended.
After the validity period is over and Award Ticket is not used, the
mileage cannot be credited again.
3. Mileage Redemption into Upgrade Award will follow the initial ticket
purchased validity period. After the validity period is over and Upgrade
Award is not used, the mileage cannot be credited again.
4 Award Tickets or Upgrade Awards may only be issued by the respective
Garuda Indonesia Sales Office where the Award Order Form is
submitted. Awards may be redeemed by GFF member in person, or by
another person with a power of attorney from GFF member.
Submission of application for Award Ticket or Upgrade Award in
Indonesia delegated to another person must be accompanied with a
power of attorney (original) with duty stamp affixed. The mechanism for
award redemption follows the prevailing GFF regulations.
5. An Award Ticket or Upgrade Award may only be issued for a confirmed
schedule booking, and not applicable for bookings on a waiting list or an
open date ticket. Go show passengers are not permitted to apply for
Award Tickets or Upgrade Awards.
6. The mileage needed for an Award Ticket or Upgrade Award is based
on Spending Mileage Table (Award Table) according to the choosen
flight, either on Garuda Indonesia flight or GFF Airline Partner flight. All
the mileage values at Spending Miles Table refer to a direct flight route
to the intended destination and are not applicable for stop over
passengers.
7. In the event that a certain flight route as desired by the GFF member is
not available, the mileage needed to be redeemed for an Award Ticket
or Upgrade Award will be calculated by adding up each flight sector
flown.
8. Flight using an Award Ticket will not earn a mileage. While the mileage
earning if you are using the Upgrade Award, the amount will based on
the economy class flights which paid by the GFF member.
9. Garuda Indonesia does not provide a delivery service for Award Tickets
and Upgrade Awards.
10. Award miles that have been redeemed for Award Tickets or Upgrade
Awards may be re-deposited to GFF member account if the Award
Ticket or the original economy class paid ticket is still valid and
completely unused. Once travel has commenced on at least one sector
of the travel itinerary, the mileage on the remaining un-flown sector(s)
cannot be re-deposited.
11. For each cancellations of flight Award Ticket and Award Upgrade
your mileage will be subject to the deduction of 20% (twenty percent)
of the total mileage as long as the ticket is still valid, while for any

changes in flight schedules Award Ticket and Award Upgrade your
mileage will be subject to the deduction of 10% (ten percent) of the
total mileage as long as the ticket is still valid
In addition to the stipulation in Art. 91
. 0 above, any cancellation of an
Award Ticket or Upgrade Award flight schedule will also incur a fee
according to the prevailing Administration Refund Fee rules and
payable by GFF member.
When award mileage are redeemed for Award ard Tickets or Upgrade
Awards, GFF members are responsible for the payment of local airport
taxes, additional government tax, insurance premium, fuel surcharge, or
any other additional charges as applicable determined by Garuda
Indonesia and GFF Airline Partner.
To redeem award mileage into an Upgrade Award, GFF member must
first purchase an Economy class ticket. The amount of award mileage
needed for the intended flight route is based on the Spending Mileage
Table.
The amount of award mileage needed for an Upgrade Award from
booking class V and H is the same as the mileage needed for an
Economy class Award Ticket.
Award Ticket facility is not applicable for charter flights, Hajj flights
except for ONH Plus flights, Citilink flights, and code share flights where
Garuda Indonesia is not the Operating Party.
Upgrade Award facility is not applicable for booking class E, U, X, O, Z
tickets, sponsorship tickets, employee tickets, discount ticket from
airline or travel agents, free tickets, reward tickets discount flights,
charter flights, Hajj flights except for ONH Plus flights, Citilink flights,
and code share flights where Garuda Indonesia is not the Operating
Party.
GFF members may exchange the accumulated award mileage into an
Award Ticket or Upgrade Award in the name of another person as the
intended user of the Award Ticket or Upgrade Award.
In the event that an Award Ticket or Upgrade Award is cancelled due to
operational considerations at the airport (late flight, delayed flight,
cancelled flight, or seat unavailability), the following provisions apply:
a. Award mileage will be re-deposited to GFF member account if the
travel itinerary is aborted / cancelled.
b. Award mileage will not be re-deposited if the passenger is
transferred to another flight with all costs borne by Garuda
Indonesia.
c. For GFF members using Upgrade Awards, award mileage will be redeposited and the cancellation compensation will follow the terms
for the original Economy class ticket paid for.
d. Other provisions will refer to the provisions or passenger with paid
ticket and GFF Airline Partner's terms and condition.
The award miles needed for Award Tickets and Upgrade Awards for
children and infants is the same as for adult passenger.
Award Ticket and / or Upgrade Award may not be used by a person
whose name does not appear on the respective Award Ticket and / or
Upgrade Award.
Garuda Indonesia has the right to determine validity of spending
Mileage program in certain routes on Garuda Indonesia flight or GFF
Airline Partner.

Mileage Redemption for Non-Flight Activities
1. GFF members can redeem mileage with non flight activities products
and services include but are not limited to Sales on Board products,
hotel services, event ticket purchases, lounges services, excess baggage
tickets, as determined later by Garuda Indonesia.
2. Redemption can be done by members themselves or other people who
have the power of attorney of the members concerned. When
requesting mileage redemption for non-flight activities conducted in
Indonesia who represented by another person must include a stamped
letter of authorization (original). Award Miles redemption mechanism
will follow the regulations.
3. Mileage exchanging for non-flight activity depends on the availability of
products or services and any terms and conditions established by
Garuda Indonesia and / or partners.
4. GFF members will not earn any mileage from mileage redemption
transactions for non-flight activity.
Executive Card Plus (EC Plus)
1. EC Plus membership is open for above 17 years old Indonesian citizens
and foreigners, living in Indonesia and are willing to pay the registration
fee for EC Plus membership.
2. Payment of membership registration fee can be made in cash or by
bank transfer to Garuda Indonesia bank account, a/c
103.0087290801, at Bank Mandiri Jakarta Sabang branch.
3. EC Plus applicants must complete the EC Plus application form
accompanied by a copy of ID (KTP, Passport, or other ID) and the bank
transfer slip of the registration fee, or made a cash payment at Garuda
Indonesia Sales Office.
4. EC Plus membership is valid for a 12 (twelve)-month period
commencing on the month of application approval or membership
renewal.
5. Insurance coverage provided to EC Plus members when using Garuda
Indonesia flight where Garuda Indonesia act as Operating Party subject
to the Terms and Conditions set out in the insurance policy, and covers:
i. Travel inconvenience insurance:
a. Missed connection
b. Delayed flight and denied boarding
c. Luggage loss
d. Luggage delay
ii. Travel Accident Insurance:
a. Loss of life Accident Indemnity
b. Specific Loss Accident Indemnity
6. Insurance claims may be submitted to the respective insurance
provider in accordance with the requirements set forth in the insurance
policy, and accompanied by a recommendation letter from Garuda
Indonesia.
7. In the event the EC Plus membership period has expired and is not
extended, the EC Plus membership along with any accumulated
mileage will be converted to a regular GFF membership, with a
membership tier according to activity in the last EC Plus membership
year. The provisions for an EC Plus membership that has been
converted into a regular GFF membership will follow those of the GFF.
8. In the case of EC Plus membership resignation before the expiration of
membership period, any fees paid are not refundable. In such a case,
any unused award mileage is no longer valid and redeemable.

XII. GFF Junior
1. GFF Junior membership is open to citizens of Indonesia and foreign
nationalities aged 2 – 11 years, domiciled in Indonesia or overseas
where the GFF program is applicable.
2. Applicants for GFF Junior membership shall complete a GFF
application form signed by the respective parent or legal guardian,
accompanied by a copy of ID of the parent or legal guardian, who will
be responsible for the GFF Junior membership activities. The name of
the parent or legal guardian will be registered in GFF Junior
membership database.
3. The name of the parent or legal guardian may only be changed by
submitting a written notification to GFF Center, and the substitute name
must be registered in the GFF junior membership database.
4. GFF Junior membership commences from the time the registration
data is recorded in the GFF database, up until the member reaches the
age of 12.
5. The GFF Junior program does not entails evaluation for membership
tier.
6. GFF Junior membership will be converted into GFF regular
membership when member reaches the age of 12
7. Membership tier in the conversion into regular GFF membership as in
Art. 11.6 will depend on the respective member activity during the last
1 (one) year of GFF Junior membership. Thereafter, the provisions for
GFF membership prevail.
8. Registration and mileage redemption transaction for member below
the age of 12 requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian which
registered in GFF membership database. Garuda Indonesia is under no
obligation to prove the validity of parental or guardianship status of the
person that approves or verifies the respective signature of the parent
or legal guardian
9. Mileage accrual from flight activities of GFF Junior member is
calculated at 75% (seventy five percent) of the mileage accrual of a
GFF Blue member, either on Garuda Indonesia or GFF Airline Partner's
flight. Mileage accrual from non-flight activities will be the same with
the terms as in the regular GFF program.
10. The calculation for award miles redemption into Award Ticket or
Upgrade Award for GG Junior membership is the same as for the GFF
regular membership.
XIII. Garuda Indonesia Citibank Card (GIC Card)
1. GIC Card is a combination of the two memberships, which is GFF
membership and membership of Citibank credit card. Facilities and
privileges of GFF membership refers to the GFF provisions agreed upon
by Garuda Indonesia and Citibank or determined in terms that are not
regulated in the agreement between Garuda Indonesia and Citibank.
While the provision related to Credit Card such as credit limit, interest,
billing and payment, cancellation, insurance, other benefit refers to the
information / rules determined by Citibank.

2. Insurance coverage provided to GIC Card members paying for Garuda
Indonesia tickets using Garuda Indonesia Citibank Card include:
i. Free travel insurance, comprising:
a. Delayed flight
b. Baggage delay
c. Baggage loss
d. Life and physical disability
ii. Free purchase protection
iii. Overseas Medical Insurance
XIV. GFF Member Obligations and Responsibility
1. GFF members guarantee the truth of the information provided,
including but not limited to the name that accordance to the provisions
on self-identity (ID / Passport / Driving license / birth certificate), and
responsible for data errors, data incompletion, or data that is no longer
valid.
2. GFF members shall renew or complete any personal data when there
are any changes by contacting the Garuda Indonesia Call Center or
Garuda Indonesia Sales Office or GFF Center, or can be done
individually by the member through the GFF website. Garuda Indonesia
is not responsible for any loss or delay in delivery of GFF materials due
to the wrong address or unreported changes of address and does not
guarantee receipt of information via email if a data email that provided
by GFF members are not valid.
3. In the case of a change of name of GFF member, a written notification
should be submitted to the GFF Center, accompanied with the
necessary legal documents GFF members are responsible to update
themselves regarding
4. To obtain the optimal benefits of GFF membership, GFF members are
encouraged to obtain updated information on rules and regulations set
forth in the GFF communications media, including GFF website at
gff.garuda-indonesia.com. Each member of the GFF is considered to
know, understand and agree on the most recent GFF rules and
regulations.
5. In flight activities with Garuda Indonesia or GFF Airline Partner, GFF
members are required to:
a. provide the GFF membership number and name as stated on the
GFF Card when making flight reservation
b. use the same name on flight reservation as the name on the GFF
membership database
c. presents a valid GFF membership card at check-in Garuda Indonesia
cannot guarantee the proper crediting of mileage to GFF
membership data if GFF member fails to comply with the above
requirements.
6. In all non-flight activities with GFF Partners, GFF members are required
to present a valid GFF membership card when making their transaction
to ensure award miles from the use of products and services of GFF
Partners.
7. GFF members are responsible for claims from third parties including
the tax charge arising from GFF membership activities.
XV. GFF Program Changes and Termination
1. Garuda Indonesia reserves the right to change the Terms and
Conditions and the benefit of GFF membership at anytime with or
without prior notice, including but not limited to:

iv. Membership termination rules.
Garuda Indonesia has the authority to change or terminate its
cooperation with GFF Partners. In the case of partner program
termination, the Award Miles accrued up until that time remains valid.
Any changes to the GFF program which is informed to the member can
be found through Garuda Indonesia communication media such as GFF
Bulletin, GFF website, or other media.
All the GFF applicable provisions including amendments are as stated in
the latest listed GFF Membership Handbook or GFF website or any
other recent notification issued by Garuda Indonesia. If there are
differences in the information / provisions of the GFF Membership
Guide, GFF website, or other recent notification, then the valid
information / regulations will be informed later by Garuda Indonesia.
The Terms and Conditions on this GFF Membership Guide automatically
replaced any previous Terms and Conditions of GFF, and are applicable
to all GFF members.
Garuda Indonesia reserves the right to terminate theGFF program at
anytime with or without notification.
Garuda Indonesia cannot be held liable for any loss arising from the
termination or changes in the GFF program.
Applicable law in certain countries can set restrictions in associated with
the provision of GFF program implementation. Under local laws and
regulations, Garuda Indonesia may not be able to apply part or all GFF
program in certain countries or to certain individuals. Garuda Indonesia
is not responsible for the result of compliance with the provisions of
such local state law that resulted Garuda Indonesia to stop GFF
members participating in the GFF program and cancel the membership

XVI. Others
1. Replacement of GFF membership card due to damage, loss or
negligence of cardholder or card data change requested by member
will be charged as follows:
a. Rp 50,000 for card replacement in Indonesia
b. US$ 10 for card replacement outside Indonesia
2. In the case of loss of Award Ticket or Upgrade Award (manual tickets),
Garuda Indonesia Sales Office may issue a new Award Ticket or
Upgrade Award, upon presentation of police document and all other
necessary requirements. The replacement will be charged in
accordance to the prevailing rates for Replacement Fee.

I have completed the GFF application form. When do I get my GFF Card ?
Your permanent GFF membership card will be issued after you have made
your first eligible flight or your first activity with GFF partners and your
enrollment data have been recorded at the GFF database. The GFF card
will be mailed to your mailing address. Please allow 2 (two) weeks (10
workdays) minimum for printing and mailing before you receive your GFF
card. If your GFF card has not been received in those mentioned period,
please call our GFF Center at (021) 625-8118. Your GFF card cannot be
printed if your application was not accepted because of incomplete data
registration or other registration requirements which are not fulfilled.

What is the use of GFF paper card in the application form ?
GFF paper cards contain GFF membership number with the name column
that you should fill. This GFF membership number and the name must be
informed every time you make flight activities or non flight activities so that
your mileage data will automatically recorded in the GFF database. Once
you receive the next GFF card with new number, you can use the new GFF
number or continue to use the previous one.
What is my password to login to the GFF website ?
You can get the password that can be used to login to the GFF site by
clicking the “Login Help” on the home page of GFF website. You will be ask
to input your GFF membership card and the Captcha code. Once you have
entered all data correctly, you will get a new password that can be used to
login to GFF site. Alternatively, you can call the GFF Center and ask our
staff to make a new password for you.
Frequently Asked Questions
No, you can only earn mileage from subsequent flights after your
registration data is recorded at the GFF database.

Can I earn mileage if I make a code share flight ?
If the code share flight is flown by Garuda Indonesia as Operating Party,
then you will earn mileage. Otherwise, you cannot obtain mileage if Garuda
Indonesia is not the Operating Party. The mileage earning terms for code
share flights may also vary depending on mutual agreement between
Garuda Indonesia and airline partner. Code Share flight details information
are available at GFF website gff.garuda-indonesia.com.
What should I do if I lost my GFF Card ?
Contact GFF Center or Garuda Indonesia Sales Office to get a
replacement card. You will be charged a replacement fee of Rp 50,000
(fifty thousand Rupiah) in Indonesia or US$ 10 (ten United States Dollar)
outside Indonesia.
10. Can I process my Award Ticket or Upgrade Award via my travel agent or
online at the GFF website ?
Since January 1, 2011, the provisions of Expiry Mileage will be applied, if
you do not use your earned mileage 3 years after the accrual transaction,
then the mileage from that transaction will be expired and charred. For all
award miles you earned before January 1, 2011 will be considered as
miles transaction on January 1, 2011, so on January 31, 2014 the
mileage will be charred if you do not use it. Immediately redeem your
mileage with several of GFF Award so you can fully take the benefit of your
GFF membership.

You can update your own personal data easily through the GFF website at
gff.garuda-indonesia.com, or you can fill out the Change of Address Form
which is available at the GFF website and send it to the GFF Garuda
Indonesia Sales Office.

How do I know how much mileage there is in my account ?
Please access to GFF webite at gff.garuda-indonesia.com or contact
Garuda Indonesia Call Center at 0 804 1 807 807 to get you mileage
information. You also can gather the nformation through Mileage
Statement or come to Garuda Indonesia Sales Office.

Why is it that my flight data is not recorded so that I don't receive the
mileage in my account ?
An un-recorded flight activity may be due to several reasons:
• You forgot to mention your GFF membeship number and name when
making your flight reservation, or you did not present your GFF card at
check-in.
• The name you use when making flight reservation is different from the
name in your GFF card and in the GFF database, so the system does
not recognize your data.
• The mileage may not also be credited to your account if your ticket or
flight does not qualify for Award Miles, for instance in the case of
discount tickets or Citilink flights.

I don't have sufficient Award Miles to be exchanged for an Award Ticket,
can I make up the difference by cash payment or any other means ?
You can buy a certain amount of mileage through Buy Mileage Program to
have sufficient Award Miles to be redeemed. Further information regarding
the price and requiement of Buy Mileage Program could be found in the
Terms and Condition of this giudebook.

If I want to cancel my Award Ticket or Upgrade Award, can I get my
exchanged mileage back ito my acount ?
You can redeposit your mileage back into your account if the Award Ticket
or Upgrade Award has not been used at all. Partially used of Award Ticket
or Upgrade Award can not be re-deposited. For detailed information on
mileage redeposit, please see the Terms and Conditions, Art. 9.9

On my previous flight, I forgot to mention my GFF membership number. Is
there a way I can credit my mileage from that flight to my account ?
Your Mileage can be claimed if you make the claim process at least six
months after the flight. Please fill out the Missing Mileage Form and its
attachment (boarding passes and passenger coupon or e-ticket itinerary
receipt) and send it to GFF Center Jakarta or Garuda Indonesia Sales
Office. You can also make the claim process through the GFF website
according to the provisions listed on the web site. We will process your
claim within a minimum period of 2 (two) weeks after the complete
documents is received by GFF Center.

Can I make a mileage claim for flights made prior to joining the GFF
program ?
Can I change the flight schedule on my Award Ticket or Upgrade Award ?
You can change the flight schedule on an Award Ticket or Upgrade Award,
and your mileage account will be deducted by 10% (ten percent) from the
total mileage. However, if you do not have sufficient mileage left for the
deduction, you cannot make a schedule change on an Award Ticket or
Upgrade Award. You also cannot change the flight route, flight class and
the name on the Award Ticket. Please contact Garuda Indonesia Sales
Office to process the schedule change on your Award Ticket or Upgrade
Award

Can I earn mileage on flights with an Award Ticket or Ugrade Award ?
You cannot earn mileage on flights with an Award Ticket. If you use an
Upgrade Award, you will earn mileage according to the economy class
ticket that you buy.

member or friend ?
This is one of the advantages of a GFF membership. An Award Ticket or
Upgrade Award from your mileage account can be given to anyone of your
choice.

Can I transfer my earned mileage to the account of another GFF member?
Your GFF mileage cannot be transferred to another member account.
However, you can exchange your Award Miles into an Award Ticket or
Upgrade Award that can be given to anyone you like.

Is my GFF membership will be terminated if I do not make flight acitivities ?
You are considered inactive if you do not make flight activities (accrual or
redemption) or non-flight activities for 3 years in a row. If you are no
longer active, your GFF membership will be terminated.
